Ive been to 2 firestones. I live in Rapid City, South Dakota and I went there first. I needed an alignment. They said that the alignment can’t be done because a part needed to be replaced. I knew it didnt. They quoted me ~$500 and I declined. I came down to Huntsville, TX to visit family and friends. I took my truck to the Firestone here and had an appointment for an alignment. I drop my truck off, 10-15 minutes later, he calls and says the alignment cannot be completed because I need ball joints, and a part was seized and needed replaced. My ball joints were just replaced 3,000 miles ago. The part was not seized, and I knew that because prior to taking my truck to the alignment shop, I verified that the “seized” part the first Firestone told me needed replaced, was able to move and was not seized. I picked my truck up, and drove home, irritated of course. Once I got home, I performed my alignment myself, and never ran into any issues. I will never, ever, take my truck to a firestone.

The front staff were very friendly and did exactly what I asked. That is why I am a repeat customer at this location. They always take care of my needs and the mechanics are top notch.

The Huntsville, TX Firestone location has knowledgeable technicians. They listen to the customer. I have bought two sets of tires, had two alignments done, and now two rotations and balance.
All done in a timely manner.

What a complete waste of my time. The staff lacked professionalism and literally lied to my face and over the phone. I now see why the competition was so backed up. I've never been more surprised at an office staff so in need of a good firing!

I have new aftermarket wheels on my truck and went to go get new tire installed. My rims have marks on them now, they also lost my chrome caps after I told them I didn’t want the valve stems changed out. Also I got charged for leaving my tires there when I actually took them with me. Didn’t have a good experience this trip.

Their car inspection services are great. The wait was kind of long but I did bring 2 vehicles. Otherwise, smooth service, and clear communication.

My experience was not pleasant at all. I generally do not report negative things but the lack of concern and service I received cannot be ignored. I had my daughters car towed the because the were on of the warranty places for her car on Monday around 2pm. The only positive thing is by 5pm they did the diagnostic and said they couldn't fix it. So I asked them to please notify the warranty company so I could move the car to a different mechanic shop who could. I called again Tuesday at 2pm and no one had sent in the report. My mother's funeral services began that evening and ran through Wednesday. On Thursday morning when I check again, still no report. On Friday I called and lost my feelings on someone before they called the report in. Why did it take so long....unacceptable!!! I will never use a Firestone for any service especially in Huntsville TX
