Neg 5 stars. I took the Devistator 2 to sale to make money back on a electronic device that I couldn't return. $190.00 combo. And they quoted $15.00. So tonight my children go hungry because they are sorry no good cheats. Cheat a human out of $175.00. I drove a good way to the crooks store. So I had to put that back in fuel to get home. Every one needs to make money. But that is sorry as you can get. They should have a mask and gun when you walk in the door. Since your going to rob a person for their money.

Bought a PS5...after looking for weeks they were selling them at 'normal' prices not trying to price gouge people. (We got a disc version for $499+tax+warranty, where Game Xchange was charging $699 for just the digital version before tax, when they go for $399 retail.) The manager Nick was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, nice, and informative. Very grateful for the fact GameStop wasn't price gouging at Christmas. Will definitely be coming here for all our gaming needs from now on

So, I honestly try not to use GameStop anymore but I had to rate this location due to the staff. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was so friendly. I was simply there to get a gift for a friend and she was very knowledgeable about the products and the specifics. I'm not sure if she was the only one in the store that morning, but it seemed that she was. She went out of her way to assist me, even though she was trying to put stock on the shelves. Most of my experience with GameStop, has been no welcome or eye contact. This staff member deserves this recognition. Thank You!

Bought a Xbox one, 2 controllers, and a wireless turtle beach headset spent over 500 dollars and soon as I got home the headset didn’t work, power cord didn’t work, both controllers would connect and disconnect randomly. Sooo I called went back and exchanged all of my faulty stuff for something else and new power cord just to get home and everything I got the second trip was messed up as well then when I called again they acted like I broke everything. 10/10 do not recommend going to this place for any consoles or controllers or headsets because you will get ripped off..

The employee named “Chris” tried to say my 100$ bill was fake until later we walked back in and he gotten proved wrong by his other employee that it was real that it was and older bill he said they never changed the 100$ bill witch I knew they had but I figured it was the fact I look young and he didn’t believe me but I’m 17 why would I try to give fake money when the bank handed me that bill.

I really hate that I had this experience but I must rant about it. I have family visiting and my sister went into the GameStop that is in front of Kroger and she came out just about in tears. She says that the manager (Samantha) would not sell her game because it had a mature rating. My husband and I go into the store with intentions to buy the game for her. I tell Samantha that we will buy the game for her. She holds up the game and very loudly yells "ARE YOU HER LEGAL GUARDIAN?!" I said I'm her sister and I'm 25 with my ID in my hand. She then yells again and I told my husband to get our mom out of the car. My mom walks in and Samantha didn't ask her for ID or anything. We then proceed to ask her if this was something new in Texas because we have never heard of this policy and my sister has never had this issue in Michigan. Samantha then says that she doesn't know about Michigan but it is a policy in Texas. We proceeded to buy the game and when I got home I called corporate and they were very understanding in the matter and even gave us some points. Now my whole point with this is that we're African American and Samantha is Caucasian. She was very respectful to all the other customers but extremely rude to people that looked like us. We definitely won't be shopping at that location again.
