The store is inaccessible. All their items are on top of the clothing racks. I am under 5’ tall and cannot see or reach any of it. It would be even more difficult for someone shorter or a wheelchair user. I’m not sure why the company thought this was a good idea.

I always loved our goodwill in Huntsville, Texas. The managers and staff are top notch. However today , one employee has made the shopping experience there horrible. My husband picked up 3 bags of jewelry for me. One had two broken necklaces that took up 2/3 of the bag. I pay $29.99 per bag. Today when I returned I thought they would do the right thing and at least let me exchange it.. I was basically told you get what you get. I don't know who this skinny boy was but he was very unprofessional. He needs to go to some classes on management skills if he is going to run anything. He told me all the bags were like the one I got. I have bought around 30 bags and NEVER seen such a mess. I did become upset and he told me to leave. Then he acts like he is calling the law. He is going to ruin that store . At least the bag should be marked junk jewelry if it is junk. Thanks for letting me vent. It has been most upsetting.

Up until last week I would have given them a five-star rating. I hadn't been in a while but usually we can walk in and find all kinds of things easy and spend more money than we meant to. Now everything is organized by color and my husband and I spent 30 minutes trying to find him one shirt and walked out empty-handed. It was the most frustrating thing. I love this place, but I don't know if I'm going to go back. I hope they change this back to organizing by size. The only reason I gave it two stars was because I like the store itself, the organization just sucks now.

I often used to donate to this location for years but I will never again. One of my kids needed some items for a dress up project at school and we decided to check out this Goodwill. The prices are ridiculously high for items that are donated. Also I asked an employee why the prices have gone up and she said due to inflation ?. I looked up a local resale that benefits a Safe House and have started donating there.

As is usual with thrift stores, it was primarily clothes. From my shopping all over at thrift stores, this one was particularly heavy on clothes. I also thought the prices were likely steep, based solely on the price of T-shirts, which seemed to be $5.99. More than double what they are closer to home. The store had plenty of room to move around, and the staff I (briefly) interacted with were very nice.

As an avid thrifter, I couldn't pass up an opportunity at the local Goodwill. Even though the book and clothing sections were well stocked, I unfortunately didn't find anything that had to be purchased. Of course ill visit again if ever in the area.

Store looks organized but it's still hard to figure out their organization system. Most of their items are heavily not gently used as one would think they should be. I think garage sale clothes are honestly in better condition than Goodwill's clothes and much cheaper. I was looking for something very specific which they did not have (coveralls), but I did take a look at the rest of their items and was a little shocked at the condition and price. They are sure proud of those heavily used items. I think they would be way more successful if they charged way less. One might find they spend less at a good sale at a store for.new items, rather than buying their items here.
