The reason for my negative comments would be in the fact, that the original salesperson that was scheduled never showed up and there was a severe lack of communication on the installation manager's end. I requested call backs multiple times so that I would know what happened and why salesman never showed up and I never received one from the manager. I had to follow up multiple times to manage my project, which is not what I expected dealing with Home Depot. The project itself was very poorly managed and communicated. The installer that ended up completing the job was wonderful, but they sent him with the wrong living room window. The original window was to have a slider on both ends with a picture window in the middle. The window that was installed is two double hung open areas, side by side. To this day 07/27/2023, no one from Home Depot has called, emailed or contacted me. This has been going on for months. WHERE ARE ALL MY WINDOWS??? I AM PAYING FOR THEM NOW, NOT IN THE FUTURE!!!! MY DOG IS VERY SAD.

Very let down by this store that I have spent so much money with over the years. During all these winter storm issues that have hit this are I got to pay for my much needed merchandise only to be rudely told that they will not be accepting cash. was told if I did not have a card which I did not that I was out of luck. I do not believe that I nor my business will be using this store any longer.

ENFORCE THE MASK MANDATE! Surely you don’t think some law enforcement officer will be assigned to your store, do you? Enforcement is YOUR JOB. Surely your employees know what to say if someone walks in with no shoes, no shirt...This is no different. Assign one to clean carts and greet entrants and to stop the unmasked. Empower your people!

This isn't the first issue I've had with this "company". After the first issue, we needed about 70 landscape timbers, waited almost an hr for them to help us load them, they didn't. They helped everyonr else.... It was because I wasn't the perky blonde with a big butt and boobs or I didn't have a penis. And now we had a storage building delivered and they said someone would put it together upon delivery.... Umm yeah they didn't... So now my mother is going up and talking with them.... So I highly recommend driving to Conroe ans paying a little more and LOWES

There is absolutely no management in this store!! I can't find anyone to assist me! There is a man Martin I think his name is and he's the only one who seems to work. He's always around and is very helpful. if not for him, I would drive to Lowes in Conroe!

I’ve been buying from this store since it opened. The manager (of the hour/Day) just hung up on me. I have a problem with the self check out... NO THEY HAVE A PROBLEM with self check out. I will continue buying certain things at this store

We have been without a fridge for 2 weeks since moving here and we were very anxiously waiting for ours to be delivered tomorrow so we can finally go grocery shopping. But I just got a call from Samsung, NOT the store, saying there was an error and now I'm stuck waiting another week without a fridge. At this point I'm not super hopeful about that delivery day either. I also ordered a washer and dryer, we spent over 4k but I'm seriously considering cancelling the order and taking my business somewhere that will just give me a fridge now. It's pretty impossible to feed a family with what little fresh food will fit in a mini fridge and the laundry for two toddlers is insane, so imagine not having a washer dryer. I'm just so disappointed and honestly, very annoyed right now. You can't just expect people to wait forever for your products.

Been shopping Huntsville Home Depot since 2004. Took a long time for the store to slide into its current ebiss. One of the nicest, most plumbing knowable employees, Wendy, quit because she had been moved to cashier againt her wishes. Seems that the old time assistant managers are afraid to make decisions and policy, as stated on line is being followed in an inconsistant manner. Lots of new faces and missing old ones. Warning bells should be going off at corp., Need a Lowes in Huntsville. In the mean time will be driving an extra few miles to McCoys a lot. Not that I don't appreciate the remaining friendly faces just hate to see good people get shafted.
