Quick courteous service. Seemed expensive for full synthetic oil change as do all oil change places nowadays. The did offer a 15% military/veteran discount.

They offer more services than change oil at a cost. They were fast once the car was put in shop. One employee didn't put the oil filter on correctly causing leaking. The oil light came on pretty quickly. I drove back to Jiffy Lube and they got on the problem quickly and found the problem. They fixed it and quickly refilled the oil and fixed oil filter. They apologized very sincerely. Gave a 25% coupon to me for next oil change. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They said they'd blow out the filters and didn't. And then said they "couldnt". Wouldn't take my coupon. Refused to blow out the filters even after i called em out on it. The lady shift manager started throwing her employees under the bus complaining how no one communicates. Everything smoking and vaping. Everyone looked stoned or hungover.
