This place is a hidden treasure and a lovely adventure. The garden area is so beautiful and peaceful, in addition to all the different varieties of plants and flowers, there's also a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Kim really has a flair for the arts and it shows throughout the Garden Center and the Mansion. I would definitely recommend that you visit Kim's Home and Garden Center, you will love it !

Horrible experience...Purchased their brand of fertilizer. Bag had no information about coverage area or spreader settings. Bag said call Kims to get coverage and settings. No one answers phone leave message no one returns calls.. Called Garden Center person he has no clue of what we want. Fertilizer left in weather lots of hard clumps...Never again will we deal with Kims!! No way!....Fertilizer bags had been out in weather contents were soaking wet inside and out , very hard to lift. Took efforts of two adults to lift bag. Contents of bags were soaking also soaking wet impossible to use...no way were they "standard application"
...Refund was to late already fought our way thru half bag. Want to make it right come over and remove what we spread on our lawn. I repeat...NEVER AGAIN will we work with you

Kim’s has to be the greatest garden center I have ever visited. Quality service, great prices, beautiful scenery, and a historic tree, highly recommended.

It's a bit expensive but the selection and quality of service make up for it. There's a few people working here that are like walking plant encyclopedias.

I have not yet been here but I am moving to Huntsville soon and do visit on the weekends. I definitely plan on seeing this place simply because their reply’s to the reviews. They seem honest and upfront based on that alone. Good job!!!

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option... I've been to Kim's home and garden several times and I am consistently disappointed with the management team. Each time I have visited I've overheard management treating their employees like dirt. It's also sad to see that they don't have representation or merchandise for other cultures and races. Let's do better it's 2024.

Kim has a landscaping crew which she treats like dirt. She often would threaten to fire us white Americans an hire a bunch of mexicans. Her words. In the midst of Texas summer she decided to not provide water cuz in her words. We were drinking too much water an it cost too much. At 100+ Texas temperatures. Also Her husband who is Ben bias running For state senator used to walk around the job site with a cup of whisky an shoot birds with a bb gun cuz he claimed he owned the apartment complex we were working at. She is a horrible human being. Racist an treats everyone as below her. Disgusting.

Toilets: Very clean and pretty. Lol how often can you say that about a public restroom?
