I went to Lee Baron for my first time and was pleasantly surprised at the large selection this store carried! The customer service was great from the time I walked in until I left! This is a very clean and modern store! I got a great pair of shoes and I can’t wait to wear them! ❤️

I ordered a pair of boots recently. I changed my mind on the order and cancelled 5 min after sending the order. I called to cancel since email was not getting a quick response. They said i couldnt cancel by phone order was processed and had to wait till i recd order. I recd order and now they said it was sale item and no replacement. Just very bad business and communication. Now im stuck with 77 dollar childrens boots that i dont even have a child

I was sent to this story by a employee at Boot Barn because they didn't have the right size for me. When I first arrived at Lee Barons it seemed I was the only one there, but finally a older lady came up front. She asked me what I was looking for...and I explained that I needed some help picking out a shirt. So she picked me out a shirt lmao. This lady was a little tiny black Lady and she reminded me of my granny, and I immediately liked her. She said I wasn't leaving there without ironing my new shirt haha. After about 1 minute she informed me I didn't know how to iron. So she takes the iron from me and ironed the shirt. I began to feel like I had been blessed by being sent to this store. So anyway I love that store and that little granny lady that was working that day. I highly recommend this store.

they just got a new seamstress, she did a great job on my dress. i didn’t have to wait at all, she did it on the spot, which was amazing as i needed my dress done before Wednesday. they were super friendly and well priced!!
