  walked in like that, came out chopped and screwed worse than a houston record. asked for layers and to keep my length, now i have a bob because i just couldn’t walk around like that. couldn’t see it until i left but yeah id rather go to hell than go back to this place sorry

  It was my first time dyeing my hair so I was very nervous, but Abby chatted and joked with me. She was very nice and answered any questions I had. My hair turned out beautiful; she did better than what I asked for, using the reference picture, I think it came out so much better and kinda has her own little spice to it. I very much loved the experience and my hair. Thank you Abby!

  The WORST Experience I have EVER had. If I could do less than one star I would. I walked in with the first picture, asking to tone down the blonde and wanted my hair cut like the second picture. They said they would put in low lights and the last picture is what you see. You can’t even tell, but it was a gray/green color. Do NOT go to this salon! I sat there for FIVE 1/2 hours! I finally asked the hairdresser to give me the blow dryer to do it myself so I could get out of there.They charged me $240. I called them the next day to see if I could get reimbursed and they said they would do an “adjustment.” Said that they would have one woman working on one side of my head and one more woman working on the other side of my head. Who does that? I did call back and asked for a refund and they said they would get back to me and then never did. The WORST experience ever.

  I have been going to Lush for a while now. Abby has done everything I have asked and answers all my questions. She is gentle, quick and wonderful at her job. It is very nice and clean inside and larger than it looks. Everyone is friendly and they offer numerous services. I plan to keep going!

  I wouldn’t even give them one star. My mom won a gift bag at a silent auction fundraiser in the bag was a $30 off haircut or color treatment. I tried to use it and the owner refused to honor it saying it’s up for a first time visit only and it was nowhere noted on there at all. She then said I was threatening her because I said I was gonna write a review about how they’re not honoring what they put out there even if they donate it. She’s got a big power trip her hairdressers are awesome, but the owner has no idea what Customerservice is. She told me I had to remain professional. She said I was threatening her. All I did was say I was gonna put a Google review on on her and the way she handle Customerservice and I told her I don’t have to be professional. I’m the customer so now they lost three customers over her power trip and not honoring what she puts out there in the community. I wouldn’t even give them one star because of her.

  I had a wonderful experience at Lush Hair Salon with my stylist, Rosa. She was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about what to expect—she let me know that due to previous box dye and my natural red undertones, the result might not turn out exactly like the inspiration, but she still got it looking amazing!
  
  The salon itself was really nice and had a calming, welcoming vibe. All the staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Rosa also helped me pick out a shampoo to help with brassiness, which I really appreciated. I left feeling confident and refreshed—definitely recommend both Rosa and the salon!
