I would give zero stars if it let me! I took my car in for what was supposed to be a simple job and it turned into a nightmare! Darrin is very rude and unprofessional, I have MANY text to prove it. I paid him just to get my vehicle back, but he ruined my wheels. Do NOT use this business!!!

After scratching my wheel on a curb I begin researching different rim repair companies that offered mobile services. I was thrilled to find lux rim repair who offered a mobile service with great pricing. The technician Keith arrived on time and could not have been more friendly and accommodating. His work was top-notch quality and very quick. I highly recommend lux rim repair for any of your automotive needs. I plan on visiting their shop location to have more services done to my vehicle.. I am very picky about my vehicle and who works on it, so I can confident say that their standard of quality and customer service care is A+.

Absolutely horrible experience. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I brought my brand new car to them to repair some hail damage and it ended up having more damage than when I dropped it off. The owner basically said it was my fault and that they did not cause the additional damage. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not take care of your property. They have shady business practices and only care about taking your money. I have tried multiple times to get a final invoice to see all of the work they preformed on the car so that I can get it all fixed due to the poor quality of work performed and I have yet to receive that documentation. My advice to anyone looking to repair their car is to stay as far away from this place as possible. The owner takes no responsibility or accountability for his work and will tell you it’s your fault for their horrible quality of work.

Extremely professional work! AND he is local. If you need body repair or paint/powder coating you need to call him. Only 2 day turnaround to complete our daughters rims and vehicle badges black/pink. Will be having him do more work for us and our family.

I saw where the owner threatened to go find a poor girls business page and leave a 1 star review just because he was mad. Be cautious if you choose to deal with this business. Shady practices and apparently will stalk you and leave false reviews on your page if you're unhappy

The work they performed, repairing a Koning wheel that was dented, was perfect. I was referred to them by Discount Tire in Huntsville, and wasn't disappointed. We also got a look at their powder coating work,, and I've since referred people to them,, as it is very very good..A bit out of the way location wise, dirt/rocky drive into their area makes for any low vehicles having a hard time getting in and out.
