This company is NOT friendly at all. I have been treated rudely by them several times in person and over the phone. I had them do some significant electrical work in my home and their communication with me was arrogant and very unprofessional. I also called McCaffety Electric by mistake checking on an order I thought I placed with them ( I had actually gone through McCarty Electric and got confused). No one would return my call, not even to tell me I had not placed the order with them. Once I figured out what I had done, I called them back to let them know i had called them by mistake and the man that answered was rude and basically hung up on me. Unless you want to be treated disrespectfully, do not do business with McCaffety Electric. You will definitely not be treated with good customer service. I highly recommend McCarty Electric instead of this company.Services: Electrical outlet & switch relocation

I needed to verify that a power panel was up to code. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and responded quickly to my questions and emails. Jason assisted me with the verification and instead of charging for a trip charge like some unscrupulous companies might, he was able to do it through photos, saving me time and money.
