“I am writing a review to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent trip to the Huntsville store. Also,  I hope this review will motivate the management I encountered to coach their entire team about providing good customer service and greeting each person with a smile.

Upon my arrival, I was frustrated with the experience I had prior that day at the Conroe location because I had discovered that their inventory of the boots I chose consisted of only three pairs of boots, none of which were a suitable fit. One pair was notably damaged.  Also, their lack of customer service was unmoving. I departed disappointed,

I decided to try Huntsville location where I had the pleasure of working with a dedicated staff member, KC or Casey.  She altered the course of my experience with the Cavenders brand.

Unfortunately, she was unable to locate the boot I wanted in her inventory, which was devastating. However, she demonstrated commendable initiative by placing an order on my behalf.  Most notable, was it was going to be a non abused and stretched out boot directly from the manufacturer.  I was so grateful for her empathy and sense of urgency.  Her assistance was invaluable, and I am deeply appreciative of her efforts, which ensured the timely delivery of my boots, just in time for the festive season.  KC had great style.  She even helped me pick a few accessories on pick-up day!

I would be remiss if I did not extend my gratitude to another store manager, Javier. He provided me with expert guidance in obtaining the optimal size and fit, and offered insightful advice on maintaining the appearance and longevity of the footwear through Cavender professional services. The standard of service I encountered exceeded expectations and made the journey from Houston a worthwhile endeavor.

I am confident that my future boot acquisitions will be made at your Huntsville location. The exemplary service provided by KC or Casey, and Javier has secured my loyalty.

“This store has everything you could possibly want Mens and women’s kids! Jewelry, headbands, sunglasses dresses skirts they gotcha! Prices are also bit High! But not too too high. Definitely found cute SHSU T-shirt! Parking can get packed but you can go around back to otherwise. Enter from right side!!”
