Great staff, and very knowledgeable. Had some business cards made and they helped me through the whole process.

Just moved to Huntsville from The Woodlands area, and I had a pleasant experience with a young man who walked me to what I needed and also looked up items that were not in stock. Also just ordered a large poster board mounted to a foam board and it was ready within 2 hours of the store opening. I didn't experience what ogres mentioned so as of now I'm a happy camper.

Melissa is absolutely AMAZING! I ordered invitations for my mom's baby shower and they got sent to the warehouse and not the store! She immediately printed them so I could pick them up today! She was so kind and patient with me as I was stressed and upset. She is a lifesaver! So thankful I got to meet her and for all of her help! Someone give that girl a pay raise!!!!!! :)

I couldn't find what I need and there wasn't anyone around to help. No one at the register but a woman who was busy walking briskly around carrying things. She never said a word and looked in the middle of something so I didn't interrupt her in case she was helping someone else. There's usually someone greeting you and offering to help like in the computer/tech area, but not today. I saw a guy who had a box and looked like he needed help too. Next time I saw him his hands were empty and he was heading to the front of the store. I walked out ahead of him. I found what I need at another store.

Numbers Numbers Numbers... Cleanliness 1 out of 10 This place was absolutely tore up! Paper on the floors, merchandise on the floor. Dirty floors. I would compare this to a unorganized resale shop/thrift store. Staff 1 out of 10 The staff didn't say a word to me at all. I was looking for a small wifi adapter for a friends laptop, but no one said anything and since there was junk everywhere you couldn't find anything. Would I return? Nooooooooooooooooooooope it was just awful and you'll do better buying stuff online.

Today I placed an order for a 1-hour print job at this location and paid online in advance. Two hours later, I dropped by the store to pick up the order, and was told they wouldn't have it ready until this afternoon around 2 or 3. I needed it by noon at the latest. A quick phone call alerting me that they were backed up, would have given me time to send them to a different printer. I asked the desk attendant if I could cancel the order, she deferred to the print associate who flatly said "I can handle it" without even glancing my direction. The young lady tending the desk was very polite, and articulated that the order would be cancelled and refunded by the girl doing the printing. (Which has yet to happen...) In previous years I've not had a problem with this location - lately, that's not been the case, as this isn't the first problem I've encountered with the print center in the last couple of months. I understand things happen, but a little customer service, courtesy, and manners would go a long way.

Just went in to drop off a UPS package for pick up. Apparently they no longer work with UPS, as the sales employee so rudely informed me. I didn't make it two feet in the building when she called from across the room "if that's UPS we don't carry it anymore!" Well, all right then. When I asked if she knew of any other drop off locations she directed pointed in random directions and spouted off names of places I'd never heard of and seemed unwilling to go into further detail. Just rude and overall unhelpful.

If you want to go and purchase something at this store, you will probably do ok. Provided they even have what you are looking for. There are times they do not even have the basics such as ink to fit our printer. My biggest issue with this store are the business services. Yesterday, I took in a bag of papers to be shredded. The two female employees were standing there shredding my papers and looking disgusted doing it. It appeared that they were wondering why I had brought all of it in. Then I told them they could put it in the trunk. They couldn't get the locked container open, called a store manager. He proceeds to open the trunk and stuff the rest of my bag in. I wanted my bag back, so he did re-open it, dump the contents in (something flew out) and returned my bag back. This is the most disorganized place i have ever been in. We aren't a big business, but a competent shredding service is extremely important to me. We have had our identity stolen before and it is not a pleasant experience to go through. I also handle my father's affairs and I do not need his identity stolen. I am going to investigate on-site shredding services. I don't care what it costs, Office Depot does not fill me with confidence in this area.
