I work in the area often and have a lot of work packages that I need to ship out. This location is perfect for me because they accept ups and FedEx so it's a one stop for all your needs. They have supplies as well to help you ship your belongings out too. I love the younger girl that works here! She's fast and knowledgeable and super kind and respectful. I'll continue to use this location as my go to any time im in the area!

I was awaiting an overnight delivery from FedEx that I found out was dropped off at the Pack and Ship store in Huntsville, Texas and not only did I not receive it on time, but it was delivered to the wrong apartment number. I had to go and locate the package which contained a payment of $1500 dollars and I was prepared to call the person who sent the package to notify them that they had listed the wrong apartment number on my address only to open the package and see that it was the correct apartment number on the envelope which was placed inside the FedEx envelope. It was not their error, but it was the error of Pack and Ship. This error could have caused a lot of problems if I had not located the package on the doorstep of the wrong apartment. Anyway, I would advise anyone that entrusts their shipment to Pack and Ship to make sure that they enter the correct address and apartment number, building number, etc. on the label created by Pack and Ship.

They definitely don't work by the hours posted both on the door or online. Waited for over half an hour and no one even came close to showing up. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you need something done in a timely manner.

I have been using Tyler’s shipping services exclusively since he took over the business. The service he gives and the attention to detail has few equals. His staff is professional and friendly. I have never had a single problem with the shipping services he offers. Something I can not say about the local post office. I highly recommend using them for your packing and shipping needs.

Highly do not recommend. Had a box to send overseas so I went to them like I always do to send my box. Sent the box through DHL on a Monday the 5 Feb expecting it to get to Germany by the Feb 7. Mind you I pay 215.32 to get it there on time. Today I check the website to track my package and it is still sitting in Huntsville at pack and ship. So went to store to find out why package is still here. The man(owner)said that he called DHL and they are not picking up packages for some reason. Does not make sense and sounds like it was an excuse to cover there butt for not doing there job. If you know that you are having problems with DHL picking up boxes then why are selling it. Fix the problem.This place is a scam. If DHL is not picking up packages then don't offer it. Went to USPS and sent it for 84.00 and will be there by the end of the week GUARANTEED. At no time did you offer me a free shipping for my inconvenience. Will not be returning.

They say they pack and ship any size via FedEx. But they could not pack/ship golf clubs. Said I’d have to find a box and pack it myself!The sales person was really unhelpful.Then I went to Speedmail at 1501 Sam Houston. They had the correct sized box and got my package out by FedEx in minutes!
