“Want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Leonard and Connor. These guys took good care of me. Informed me of the app that I could download and use. Gave me the BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER!! Unlike the Conroe store on the north loop 336 and the spring store on Rayford, which could use a refresher in customer service. From the bad experiences I had with these other store I had in my head that I would never ever go to an EZ pawn store ever again. But Leonard and Connor changed my mind. The service and attention they gave me and the other customers was amazing. I could tell by the conversations, that they had repeat customers and they all looked happy as they left the store. Amazing job guys! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OVER ANY OTHER.”
