Nightmare stay! Poor customer service, locked out of room, slept in lobby. From the moment we arrived, this place was a disaster. Checkin took forever. There was no receptionist at the front, they had their repair man checking people in. He didn’t have computer access, just a printout and he couldn’t find our reservation. We went out to eat the first night and when we came back our room keys didn’t work so we had to go get them reactivated. Second night we came back and our keys didn’t work again. There was no receptionist and seemed like no one had been there awhile because there was an angry note from a customer in the same situation. We waited in the lobby 45 minutes. Calls went to voicemail. I’m pregnant and had been up 24 hours crewing for my friends sports event. I was exhausted and locked away from all my stuff. I ended up sleeping on the floor of the front office which was unlocked. Headed back to the event after a few hours, no staff ever came. No hot water, no Wi-Fi, no ice machine.

The man at front desk was very nice and helpful very friendly hotel was nice clean and quiet I enjoyed my stay

Very outdated tone but very quiet! I’m not sure how breakfast was but they did not have any snacks or drinks in the building, they did have a new ice machine though! It was a very convenient location just off the freeway not too far from all of the shopping area. The pool was not in service and the toilet seat was broken. Not to mention there was no number on my room. I’m pretty sure we were there only guests also.

The rooms are nice but no good breakfast or no working phones watch out for the man that lives there and says he’s security he’s very rude and unprofessional I don’t know why he is even working at that place he’s not a good look for them at all don’t eat the breakfast caught him digging in his nose while fixing up breakfast and he smells like alcohol beware he needs to be fired

It LOOKS abandoned, but it's not.
I drove up to find the walls grimy, the grass three feet high in some places, the pool full of...green stuff, one exterior door without an external key reader, and another exterior door cloaked in yellow CAUTION tape.
But the room was good. And their pet policy allowed me to bring my dog. And it was cheaper than another Choice Hotel property with a worse room.

These are just 2 of the 100’s of cockroaches we saw within our first 5 minutes. Lost our money willingly to sleep in another hotel for the night because they would not cancel.

Nobody at the front desk front doors have to be opened by hand thought it was an abandoned building when we pulled up rooms were nice until I went to eat a piece of my pizza when I opened the box was full of roaches don't have a negative star to give so I guess 1 star it is

Fungus / Mold found and had to run out. Horrible and extremely unhygienic hotel that I have ever been to. The choice group must remove them from their list. Photos attached . We could not breathe for a few hrs and we are hoping that those few hrs won't hurt us later.

Overall I’d give this a 0 stars. The disrespect of knowing they had no water. And haven’t checked us out no money back and or points back. This place has NO HOT WATER, THE POOL IS GROSS, THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Idk who the hell would keep this place up. But these reviews warns everyone to not come here. The beds are hard as a rock. Pillows are decent I suppose. Also they kept saying they could give 20 percent discount and never did. My mom is pissed. WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Also we were the only ones who stayed and people kept leaving. DOORS ARE UNLOCKED SO ANYONE CAN COME IN. It’s probably the most unsafe place to stay. Legally they should be closed. They steal people’s money and heard they may have cameras in the room. Please don’t stay here for your own safety.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! DEPLORABLE-FILTHY-SUBSTANDARD-UNACCEPTABLE-SHOULD NE CONDEMNED! Had to heat water microwave to wash face and under arms since could not bathe due to no hot water… not even room temperature- ice cold! DO NOT STAY HERE! The prisoners have better accommodations than this owners provides! And for less money..LOL ( to keep from crying)

Wish I could give it zero stars… roaches everywhere in the room. I did not feel comfortable staying and was the only one on the property. Staff told me there was an officer in the room next to me, which was definitely a breech of privacy, but no vehicles in the parking lot. I never told staff that I wasn’t comfortable being the only one there but somehow I guess they heard my phone conversation while I was in my room.I checked in pretty late at night and checked right back out and had to find another place to stay. They wouldn’t even give me a refund. For anyone thinking of staying here, please do not, find another place to stay.

Well i dont know where too start at
1. Check in lady was very quick and short and didnt explain anything much.
2. Was told there will be breakfast between 7am and 9am just too come down from my room for nothing too be there.
3. I only saw one person working at this entire hotel in the morning wich was the house keeping lady
Pros
Rooms are queit beds are comfy rooms are clean. If you drive big trucks u can stay here just be carefull coming in walk the property first.
Cons
No breakfast in the mornings no sense of getting up early.

Horrible hotel!! Do NOT recommend. No one is ever at the front desk and the ones that are there are very rude. The lock on my door went dead and when we finally got it to open I asked to switch rooms to which I was told that I would need to leave my door propped open so it didn't shut all the way, because there was no extra rooms. The next day at shift change I told the person working and she informed me that was a lie they did have rooms. This hotel is NOT worth anything over $50 a night, if that.

I read the reviews of this hotel and thankfully I didn't have a single issue. My room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, no clogged drains, no bugs. Hotel breakfast is a joke but that usually sucks anyways.
Overall it's nothing to write home about but it doesn't deserve the hate it's been getting either. It's a little rough around rhe edges, sure, but they've clearly been working on improving the location and I'll probably rebook the same hotel next time I'm in the area.
