Rental of the storage unit was fast and convenient. Great customer service.
The move in would have been great ….. but.. they only supply 1 cart per bldg and I had a 20ft Uhaul truck to empty which took a lot of time
The customer service continued after move in, which was very nice..

“Just got a storage unit here and the manager Jamie is so pleasant and kind. The place is very well kept after and since I personally couldn’t be there she had one of my sons video call me so we could set the storage unit up, showed him the unit, and sent me a photo of the unit we were getting. Very nice clean storage unit, and like I said, Jamie is so pleasant and makes sure you are getting the sized unit that is going to work for you. So glad that I made the call. Thank you so much!!!”

“ACE Self-Storage (formally Storeroom Self-Storage) has really been great and I've been using them for about 3 years now. They are really reasonable, they give you until the 9th to pay. Since the transition to Ace I think they've had a couple hiccups which is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars (plus I think their late fee is a little excessive, their prices have gone up a little which I understand is just part of the economy), I've had trouble reaching them a few times since Peggy retired and have gotten a few somewhat concerning texts stating I hadn't paid when I knew I had BUT they have always been professional, polite and prompt, immediately remedied the issue and assured me they are working out the kinks and will have the issue resolved soon. Growing pains I'm sure as with any business when they are getting started or transitioning ownership. And again, they give you until the 9th or 10th of the month or something like that to pay and I've never had any issues with property damage or theft that I know of, they take security very seriously. Overall I think they're a great storage service and I don't think you're going to find a much lower monthly price anywhere near the Huntsville area.”
“They are a lot of help..from trying to find you certain units, helping with moving in and overall a friendly staff! They make you feel welcome and get back to you if you have to leave them a message. The storage units I have rented from them have always been clean. Also, there are security cameras everywhere which was nice to see. I will always use this storage unit business as long as I’m in the area.”

“If you need somewhere to put your child's dorm/apartment stuff during the summer THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! The person that answers the phone is ALWAYS very friendly!! They are super easy to work with and go above and beyond if you have an issue (and by issue I mean we were not entering the code in correctly - HA). You can sign a month to month lease. We had our lease for 4 months and had no issues canceling once we got everything out of our unit. We will definitely use them again next summer, because I refuse to move everything in my child's apartment/dorm home only to move it all back in a couple of months. HA!!”

“I’m a freshman in college and needed a storage room to store some of my stuff for the winter break, my friend’s dad had found this storage as it was close to the dorm we stay at. The storage is very nice, the units are a very good size and have lots of space for storing items. We went and spoke to the property manager about renting, she was very nice and helpful we were able to rent a storage that day. My overall experience was amazing and would definitely recommend this storage to others.”
“The owner id Supper friendly and helpful. We got a storage and so far so good.The only thing so far is the building smells like moth balls. Other then that everything looks normal for a storage you have the gate and then you got the building that has the storage inside. They're a time light if you need light.”
