“Wow! From selecting a unit to checking out two months later, this process couldn’t have been easier. Bob and Lisa are awesome and so helpful! They explained the pricing, discounts, rules, and everything else really well. They were even able to accommodate a last minute request for a second unit only about 15 feet away from my first one.
The climate controlled units were clean, smelled clean, and were actually COOL! That made moving in and out so much easier, especially in July and August. Neither the units nor the hallways were hot, which was a huge plus when moving in the Texas summer heat.
The locks were really neat, too. You’re given a four-digit code to unlock them, but you can also scan them with your phone to access your unit.
When it was time to move out, Darlene, who is usually at the Woodlands location, helped me with the checkout process and was incredibly kind and helpful as well.
If I ever need storage space again, I’d 100% go back to AAA Storage Huntsville. Great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!”

The place is very well kept after and since I personally couldn’t be there she had one of my sons video call me so we could set the storage unit up, showed him the unit, and sent me a photo of the unit we were getting. Very nice clean storage unit, and like I said, Jamie is so pleasant and makes sure you are getting the sized unit that is going to work for you. So glad that I made the call. Thank you so much!!!”

“Storage units aren’t always fun to rent as there’s always hidden fees mandatory insurance things like that. However, Jaime over at storage sense made this a very easy process. She was very forthcoming Honest and made the process extremely easy. We only needed storage for two months during the summer as my daughter‘s a student has he moved from one apartment to another. Their rates were very reasonable. They have a text notification program when the door is opened to the units. Once we finally moved out, there was no attempt to charge a cleaning fee for any other fees. Again, I cannot thank Jamie enough for her kind and professional personality at storage sense definitely give her a call. She’ll make it easy to run a unit.”

“If you need somewhere to put your child's dorm/apartment stuff during the summer THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! The person that answers the phone is ALWAYS very friendly!! They are super easy to work with and go above and beyond if you have an issue (and by issue I mean we were not entering the code in correctly - HA). You can sign a month to month lease. We had our lease for 4 months and had no issues canceling once we got everything out of our unit. We will definitely use them again next summer, because I refuse to move everything in my child's apartment/dorm home only to move it all back in a couple of months. HA!!”

“I’m a freshman in college and needed a storage room to store some of my stuff for the winter break, my friend’s dad had found this storage as it was close to the dorm we stay at. The storage is very nice, the units are a very good size and have lots of space for storing items. We went and spoke to the property manager about renting, she was very nice and helpful we were able to rent a storage that day. My overall experience was amazing and would definitely recommend this storage to others.”
“The owner id Supper friendly and helpful. We got a storage and so far so good.The only thing so far is the building smells like moth balls. Other then that everything looks normal for a storage you have the gate and then you got the building that has the storage inside. They're a time light if you need light.”
