Tony the store manager was great, helpful and knows what he is talking about. This will definitely be my store to go to as long as he is there. He went above and beyond to help me. The hole staff there is great worth the hr travel to get help.

On a long trip yesterday and s23 screen went dark. Tony at this store fixed the issue quickly. I couldn't do it -- it was easy for him. Much appreciated cuz had an emergency at home. Thank you Tony.

Workers were rude. I went in to replace my phone as my parents just joined t mobile they said they did not have any of the phone I wanted. My mother calls they tel her they have the phone. I go in again they say they have the phones. They go back and tell me I have to wait 12 minutes to get the phone. I wait 30 minutes. They then tell me after coming back they don’t have the phones after all. If it is a communication problem it needs to be fixed. I do not appreciate workers lying to my face multiple times because they won’t make the commission off of me.

This is the third time I have went to your store. The first two were a waste of time. Today the guy who waited on me rocked. Sales Rep # 841. His service and attitude changed my mind about your store. I will try it again.

Stood there for over 20 minutes and nobody asked me if I needed help even though they were worried other customers somebody could have said something didn't figure out what they did to my phone. Totally ridiculous

Do not accept any promotion from those thieves! They offered me a wireless router for free for a month, that you could return at no cost if you didn't get any service. Long story short, I didn't get any bars whatsoever so I returned it within 10 days. A week later I got s bill for a month of service (which again, I was never able to get any bars so there was no usage at all) so I returned to the store and explained that I shouldn't be charged. They said they would take care of it and not to worry about it. A month later I got a call from a collections agency telling me that there is a claim under my name for the amount owed. So where is the "return it after a month if you can't connect to the network"?? This store and T mobile are thieves! Misleading marketing at its finest.
