Drove by and noticed they weren't that busy.... I now know why. 70% of the washers don't work or have "Out of Order" signs on them. Very convenient location, owner should take pride in that and take care of his business.

It's a good place to do a quick wash maybe one load. The staff tried to kick me out 2 full hours before closing stating, " You don't have time to do your wash before closing.". Other than that they are a bit overpriced and a majority of the machines either don't work or barely work. There is little to no consistency over the heat and working capabilities of the dryers. I had to search for a dryer that worked, closed all the way, got hot enough, was clean enough to dry my sheets. Same with the washers. You have to hunt down a good machine. If you don't you'll end up with soap all over your stuff or fabric softener or cold instead of hot water. Also the hours are awful. Is there no where in Huntsville I can do my wash late?? Some of us work late or have kids and we only have "laundry" time at night after bedtime.

Amazing facility, fast wifi, VENDING MACHINES!!! and equipment that looks nice as well as is always working. The only downside is it can get a little crowded but what do you expect from a thriving business that knows what it's doing.Wonderful and friendly customer service. It was my first time coming here and I will never go to another washeteria as long as I am in Huntsville.WASH AND DRY YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!

Lots of inoperable washers and dryers. Older equipment. Rough parking. Other than that, I left with clean, dry clothes.

I would give less, they may be clean but the unprofessionalism and customer hospitality I give a zero. Last night my husband and I came with 2 small bags of clothes we arrived before 7:30 p.m. immediately we was told no more washing in a rude way I looked at the young lady and she gave me an unwelcoming stare back like she seriously had an attitude problem. I get it people want to go home on time but it's the approach for me plus it was my first time there yeah great impression. Remember it takes customers to run a business and if you don't care for customers say that. Do I recommend anyone to come? Unless you wanted to be treated lower class I wouldn't recommend , and the owner to the business I don't ask for a response from you because at this point after seeing how you responded to another review clearly you are the ring leader to being rude and unprofessional towards customers. Customers yall been ⚠️
