Sent a parcel UPS 2nd Day Air from Huntsville to Rocklin, California on Septenber 7th. It was to arrive on the 9th. Tracking # showed it was lost in Houston. This parcel was very important. I called the UPS store & was told once I walked out, there was nothing they could do for me. The parcel arrived on 9-14. Too late. After many conversations with UPS between AI, Guatemala, & finally Georgia, it came down to the fact I needed to go back to the original store. I told them they would.not help me. The said they would look into the franchise but nothing they could do. All this for a $42.00 2nd day air charge that I wanted refunded. If it's important, go to Fed Ex. I will never use the UPS store located at 193 I-45 d in Huntsville, Texas again. If Corporate cannot force you to make it right, then you don't need to spend your hard earned money here.

Worst service ever!! Black girl with long hair was awful! Rude…rude… rude!! Apparently she feels she can speak to a customer in any way she feels. I guess she thinks she’s at her house! UPS should be embarrassed that she represents them! Ups may want to train her on how to act and speak to customers.

Incredible service… there were two guys up front and they got me out of there quick. No live in front of me because I’m sure they’re swiftly moving through customers. Anyhow, I am happy to say I was able to drop my wife off at the tanning place, come ship some soil samples and make it back before she got out of her 12 minute tanning bed. Impressive work guys!

Unfortunately, this UPS store is having a really difficult time hiring staff that actually give one $HIT about their job. The greasy, unshaven appearance of the male employees working in this store are only eclipsed by their horrible attitudes, rude disposition, and a general level of apathy.
Most UPS stores have exemplary staff, but this one needs a major overhaul!

Was came late yesterday 7/5/2024 at around 6pm and these young gentlemen were amazing and very helpful. Forgot to asked their name..Customer service ? they are friendly. These guys deserve a promotion. ♥️

It is normally a pleasant experience in store... sometimes the waits are a little longer than I'd like, but some things are not avoidable. What is avoidable is the lack of professionalism from the young worker there the morning of May 25. The elderly couple in front of me had this person rolling eyes and talking to them like they were children. Then me. I've never had an Amazon return say customer packed when label is provided. No big deal. I bought an envelope (plus a sharpie to reach $3 card minimum). But the way it was approached was, " you see where it says customer packed"? Instead of, "I'm sorry, ma'am, it states here customer packed. I'll need you to provide packaging or I have envelopes here for purchase". There were then multiple side comments insinuating that they were very inconvenienced by their customers. A little kindness goes a long way. Hopefully this person picked up a little from the elderly couple and I who continued to joke about how slow we were running today and continued to treat the employee with kindness and respect.
