The postal carriers are lazy and inconsiderate! Every time I have a package I get a message saying can't access or need security code. I live in a mobile home in the middle of no where! No security codes and PLENTY of access to my front and back porch. I don't even have a fence or animals! I'm disabled and don't have a car and I don't know anyone in Huntsville that can pick up my packages for me. I even leave snacks and drinks in my outside refrigerator for the delivery drivers and ALWAYS give Christmas presents to the drivers. No problems with FedEx or UPS, only the USPS.

HUNTSVILLE GET YOUR STUPID MAILING SYSTEM TOGETHER!!!!! I would give this zero stars if I could…..be aware of USPS when putting your address. Never had a problem with ups or Amazon with my address. Live in an apartment complex first time I ordered said cannot find my address. Mistakes happen so I contact the seller to resend a new one. Address is correct like the first time and again “Attempt was made” finally contacted the usps number you find on google and oh boy the lady was saying how my address is correct and doesn’t make sense why it wasn’t being delivered. Bless that lady’s heart she was so nice and very helpful. She couldn’t do anything else other than confirm that my address was right. Got a call finally from the Huntsville USPS mailing location and they said well your address isn’t right ….. like what. So again never had a problem with Amazon or ups but yall have a problem. Dude on the phone didn’t care and simply was like “there is no apartment number that high.” I put the right address and the right building number and apartment number he simply just didn’t know how to read it. In my opinion it’s pretty self explanatory. Like building # apartment # is how I put it like everyone else in my complex puts it. Do better bruh . Learn how to read an address it’s not that hard to give me my package . If you didn’t know you could have just delivered my package to leasing office like every other mail carrier does never had a issue with anyone else but yall like come on bruh 😂😂 ( be warned if they have an issue they don’t hold packages for you they send it back immediately like talk about lazy workers)

I live at 19 and Morris Lane and Walnut Ridge Dr. The person who delivers the mail is leaving the correspondence in the wrong mailboxes. They sent me certified documents from Dallas and apparently they already delivered them but not to me.

I’ve lived in Huntsville for about four years and have had to go into this horrible post office several times! I dread having to go into this post office because a lot of the employees here are very rude and unprofessional! They take twenty minutes to come to the window to get packages, even when you’re first in line!

Packages never delivered on time. The 2-3 day priority mail is really 4-6 days. Never put my packages in my P.O. box. A lot of times they will mark it as delivered an hour after they close on Saturday so I have no chance of waiting in line and picking it up at the counter and have to wait till Monday. If I am paying for the largest P.O. box with oversized package locker storage, AND paying for priority 2-3 day mail, why do I have to wait 7 days and still pick it up from the counter?

13 hours. It's been 13 hours that my package has said "out for delivery," and still no package. The post office is already closed, so why does it still say this? Simple: people are lazy. I've been home all day, waiting on this one thing to come in, and now I'm fairly certain I'll have to wait and hope it comes in on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous.

“Attempted” Delivery today but Amazon had no issue. We got home to 2 Amazon Packages delivered TODAY. But NO USPS packages. Now we gotta wait all weekend for them to try again on Monday. Lazy *** workers. HIRE BETTER DRIVERS. NO wonder why you are everyone’s last resort.

I will give zero stars . For my packageI that was due to be delivered today. I live in an apartment complex and any packages that are delivered that can't fit in the mailbox the postal worker leaves in the office. Well this is at least what is supposed to happen. I got a message stating an attempt was made but there was no access to location. There was someone home just in case they tried to deliver to my door and the office was open when the so called attempted attempt was made. So furious and I'm very upset and disappointed with the Huntsville USPS But apparently this is a common problem for them all . No excuse for such act of job negligence. It's absolutely wickedness especially when your a package containing one's medication.
