They are doing their best to distrubte packages, by far the most busy industry. Although package processing takes 1-2 or even 3 days, it is what it is and the Staff are quite nice! I am just happy to recieve my packages. As a student, the porcess to pick packages up was easy and I was on my way.

I was visiting the Huntsville area and needed a post office. My GPS took me here. It's a tiny college post office. However, it has the nicest staff. They were very helpful.

My packages are always processed within a day or two and considering how many packages come in, that is impressive. It's easy to send mail there as well.

Poor service..I sent in a package in on a Monday and called in a week later just to find out my package wasn’t there anymore and they didn’t even scan the package.Now I have no idea where my package is at..never again

The Kat Post website indicates that they handle UPS and FedEx packages, however, my package was dropped off a week ago in the collection box and they're telling me that in the collection box all of that mail is sent to the Post Office as regular mail and now my package is lost and the item was $270. The label on my package clearly said UPS ground. It's unfortunate that the students/parents/faculty of Sam Houston State University are subject to this kind of service when handling something as valuable as mail.

They really need to either get a bigger facility or more employees because the whole waiting for my package to be processed for days is very inconvenient. So if your needing a book and pay extra for faster shipping, you’ll still need to wait a whole day and a half to be processed.Also the people seemed to really be annoyed and upset all the time. Not willing to help in any way.
