Mail carriers are horrible. They deliver our mail to different homes down the street. They throw our boxes on the ground. When it's easier just to put them on my front porch. They hold boxes or packages at the Post Office. I have to go get it when there was no reason they could not deliver it to my home.

The people up their have the worst attitude ever I went to go pick up my package the man asked for my address I give it to him mind you he had a attitude for the start of the conversation he goes to look for my package comes backs and say it’s not there asked for my address again gave it to him he said ya it’s not here it’s somewhere else so I left to go to the other post office to see if it was there. The lady asked for my tracking number I gave it to her she said sweetie your package is up there at the post office on 30 the men just didn’t look for it it was delivered up there yesterday and ready for pick up

I know a lot of people have issues with this post office. I have only had excellent experiences here. The ladies have been so helpful everytime I’ve come in. From helping me with my first customs form to mailing the care packages to my son while deployed. They’ve been so sweet & always ask about him. To the infamous (red haired lady) thank you for helping this mama make it through 2 deployments. Without your friendly smile, patience & grace life would have been a lot harder.

The office on 30 is terrible! We just watched them deliver a package to our neighbors across the street and they left it on the ground by their mailbox! Instead they should have delivered it to the house and not left by the street.

Beware of this office. If their mail carrier lies about attempting a delivery that you have proof of on footage and file a formal complaint, they’ll stop delivering your mail. Never had issues receiving packages to my home until one day the carrier decides to lie about an attempted delivery. Obviously reported it and they attempted to lie to cover it all up and now every package that comes from this office gives me a message saying that my mail is being held at the office and there’s a new excuse every time. If you dare to call the office to ask why, they’ll answer the phone like you’re inconveniencing them by having to do their job.

I have had mail coming in from my spouse in the military who can’t use their phone. It’s been weeks with no contact and I was getting scared till he finally called me. He put my box # on letters and the mail person said he had been sending them back because it wasn’t my apartment # even though my box # is attached to my apartment #. I will now be missing important tickets and information to seeing my spouse and it’s all because the mail person was too lazy to look at the proper box #. Will never be using the postal service through Huntsville EVER again.

Service is bad. Most of time don’t even open on time. The workers seem to be DIE and can’t be held responsible

I doubt my challenges are much different than anyone else's. Any time I receive a notice that a delivery was attempted I'm always home and no one ever knocks on my door. Then it's several trips to USPS to pick up because they can never find the package. Then there's the hassle of lost packages that I have reorder or resubmit.

The people don't show up for work and don't contact you when they canceled an appointment! The two dinky lady's that work there were extremely unprofessional more focused on their breaks than anything as they were repeating in the conversation between the two of them.... this has happend twice now. I tried to get this done for my daughter in sealy tx and the same excuse was given and they claim they called and they did not!

I’ve called three times just to try to see if my package is actually there and no one knows how to answer her phone. Why I have a phone number if you’re not even going to do your job.
