Been living here for years and it's been great. Best apartments near SHSU and honestly super close to campus so it's basically like living in a dorm but without the downsides and extra features like a gym and swimming pool. If you're going to Sam Houston next year highly recommend checking this place out.

The maintenance team came to my unit within 24 hours of my maintenance request and they fix my washer in a timely manner. They were also very friendly and funny.

Toured this place and loved everything about it. Martha was so helpful when it came to giving all the details and picking roommates. Can’t say enough good things about this housing complex.
