Oil change service is great. I love how they all work together and get the jobs done. It seems like they know me even if they don't. I can never tell for sure lol

The inside of my car was pretty dirty but it was cleaned as best it could be cleaned considering how dirty it was. Additionally, I came almost at closing time. I will go again though.

I have a KIA Soul. It has not rained in 26 days .. I live on a dusty road .. they want to charge $10 extra for mud .. I showed him it was dust by wiping it off with my hand...... they didn't care .. thank God 2 more car washes are coming to town

Every single time I come I have the same argument with them.I live in a dusty road and they refuse service because they can’t tell the difference between mud and dust.So if you want to bring your car here you need to clean it first and get ready to get treated in the rudest way possible, like the employee walking away from you in the middle of a conversation

Best customer service EVER. They restored my filthy car to like new condition!!! ? Before detail: my seats were terribly stained, filled with dog hair and stank, floors were dirty, grimy, and full of degredation. They made my car show room ready and boosted it's trade in value exceptionally. I'll never go anywhere else.

I want to like this place. In fact, I want to love it because it's the only game in town for a full service car wash, interior and exterior. I have been repeatedly disappointed including today. All the glass on my car is streaky. The floor mats Are not clean. When I arrived, I was sent away because there was mud around my tires. I was told I needed to go to a "rinky-dink car wash and get the mud off" because they don't want mud there as it ruins their tracks and their chamois. And I was told if I did not get the mud off myself it would cost $25 extra. The interior was barely wiped down. They have one job. Clean the car. My car was not clean.

Lost my Business. Went to get my truck washed. To have found $140.00 missing out of my center console that was somewhat hidden. You had to actually look to get to it. Tried to make it right with the OWNER And he said his words “don’t leave it in your vehicle!!” What?? Don’t steal from your customers!!!! 8 year long customer will never go back here! I urge you to do the same! Not the first time this has happened from a lot of people I have spoken to about it.

It was my first time coming to this car wash they asked me to stay in my car this Gentleman spray something on my windshields and then he asked me to drive around and get in to the car wash automatic wash and I did have my car on drive with the brake on I did not know I have to have it on neutral this man was not happy and to me was unacceptable to talk to a costumer in a rude manner!

I recently went here and got my oil changed and my car washed. They stole $200 out of my car while detailing it. I went back to try and get them to make things right but they didn’t. There are many other car washes in Huntsville where you can get your car washed and keep your things. Do NOT come here!!

Great place to clean your car.. but has gone down hill recently... wash bash filled with debry and mud ..all wash brushes worn down to the base except one bay...Needs SOME TLC....

Brought my car in for a deep clean including shampooing carpets and seat. They did an amazing job! They earned my business for sure!
