It is hard for me to imagine an Ace Hardware anywhere that could be better than my local store in Hurst, Texas. I’m a single mom, live paycheck to paycheck, and homeowner for almost 20 years. The amazing humans here have ALWAYS come through for me. I’ve been in there countless times with tears running down my face because I have a problem that I’ve convinced myself will cost me thousands of dollars. The men working here are EXPERTS and take their time with me to ensure I’m not overpaying, they go the extra mile to clean my threads of plumbing stuff, and walk me through what I need to do when I get home. The best way I can describe it here is that my dad is giving me advice and calming my anxious soul. I love it here! I feel so seen and supported. Don’t ever change a thing. I love this team!

The employees here at the Hurst, TX location are very friendly and even great you when you come into the store. They were helpful and got me fixed up pretty quickly. I met the manager, Michael, who was actually out on the floor working. I will definitely be back to this location even when I'm not in the area because of the service. Thank you!!

Brett is amazing!!! He helped me save a vintage coat rack I broke with things Home Depot doesn’t even stock! He went above and beyond and cut the special bolt I needed! I’m am ecstatic! Amazing customer service.
