Disrespectful girls that work there doing the most just to not get a return because it’s slow. Because of their attitudes and unwillingness to help me process a return I did not purchase more. They need to learn how to customer service and not be ugly individuals.

Company and employees must make to much money as every retail shop in the mall is open but this Arie store. I get patience but I thought 15 minutes past opening time noted on website was lenient.

I went to the northeast mall aerie 12/16/2022 and I walked in I was greatly immediately loved it I told the staff what I was looking for and the execution was outstanding they told me the difference had me feel the material and gave me about 6 different types if leggings to try on and I loved every pair this was my first time in the store management and higher please acknowledge the entire staff from that night around 8pm they deserve something please make sure to they are aware of the outstanding service they are providing

I went into the northeast mall yesterday to look for a swim suit for an event coming up . I stoped in at Aerie around 11:15 am and gathered swim suits to try on . I went to the register and asked the individual for a fitting room and to my surprise the young female stated “ the fitting rooms are closed until 1 , as we are short staffed and that’s when my other employees arrive “ . This made no sense to me , I was the ONLY customer at this time to be in the store and there are two employees working . I clarified with her again what she said . Clearly both employees had seen me in the store for the last 20 minutes deciding what swim to try on and not one word. Additionally, neither one of them offered to hang my items back up , I started to do it my self before my frustration kicked in and I left the remainder of clothes on the counter .The customer service I received was unacceptable. In the future please have signs that clearly state your fitting rooms are closed , so others are not wasting their time .Dillard’s got my business and I plan to go back their first my swim suit shopping needs , good prices and better service .

Jamie helped me find my actual bra size and recommended the absolute best bras to me based on just a little conversation. The help was much needed and deeply appreciated. I think they may be short-staffed right now, though, because they couldn't open on time the other day.

I went in to find some bras and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. I found exactly what I needed and they had a 40% off sale. The sales associates were very nice and Kadence was fantastic. Very beautiful young lady with a very beautiful, professional demeanor. I enjoyed my visit and will return when the need arises.
