This was my first time moving with an animal. Due to my husband being military it isn’t always easy so a year prior I reached out to Airpets to start planning getting my dog off island. They worked with me every step of the way to answer my countless questions and everyone worked so hard to make sure my boy got to my in-laws safe and sound! We paid for door-to-door service and they helped ease my mind that he was safe and happy

Airpets international were so supportive of the move of our two dogs from Texas to Norway! Our dogs were well looked after and everything went exactly to plan. Everyone from pre sales, travel agent, courier team, to final delivery driver were so attentive and caring for our dogs. I would highly recommend them especially for long complex trips!

Used AirPets to transport our 7 year old cat from California to the UK. We were worried and stressed about putting him through such a long journey but AirPets made it so easy for us and helped alleviate our stress, from taking time to talk us through the whole process, listening to our worries and answering all our questions to also advocating for us with our vets to make sure our paperwork was exactly what was needed. Our pet arrived safe and sound and immediately set off to explore his new home. He has settled in amazingly well so we are all very happy and truly thankful.

My husband and I did extensive research on the most frequently used companies, and based on other reviews, we chose Airpets International and have no regrets. From the beginning of the process with Randi to the end with Dakota, the team was responsive and thorough. Flying our two fur babies from Belgium to Hawaii was very stressful and nerve-wracking; however, Dakota was on top of everything, and she and the individuals who helped with transportation, flights, and boarding in Brussels, Frankfurt, LAX, and Honolulu ensured that everything went smoothly, including a very quick direct airport release in Honolulu. The personal updates, photos, and door-to-door service, which included ice cubes in the water bowls en route to the dogs' new home in Hawaii, were wonderful personal touches. We cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend it. Yes, these pet shipping services are pricey but you cannot put a price tag on peace of mind.

This was the absolute best experience from beginning to end! From the initial quoting process, to moving over to our awesome move coordinator Sydney, to the guys I dropped my dogs off to, they made me feel comfortable from the word go. The journey for us to get to Bahrain with them was a long and tedious one and as soon as we contacted Airpets, they made it their goal to get us all situated in our new home. Thank you will never be enough. I’ve already recommended their services to multiple folks who were having the same issues we were. Thanks Airpets for making sure our family stayed together!

Thank Goodness for Airpets!! Sydney was nothing short of AMAZING! She helped coordinate the move of my Ziggy from Virginia to Hawaii seamlessly. Super flexible with all the twist and turns my move enthralled.Military moves are never easy but moving my dog was the easiest in such a short time. They were fast, efficient and super friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

I don't have enough words to express how wonderful the service was with Airpets. Sydney and her team did everything possible to make my dream come true. After a 1 year and 7 months of being without my girl they were able to make it possible and get her home to me. I will be forever grateful!

I had to ship a dog to a family member over seas. I first dealt with Randi. She was very responsive and made getting the ball rolling very easy. Sydney was our travel coordinator. She was outstanding. She even called vets in my area and made appointments for everything the dog needed to travel. Drop off at the airport was very easy. They had an associate meet me in the parking lot at JFK airport and they took care of the rest. A few hours later the dog was back with his owners. I would recommend airpets to anyone who would like to relocate a pet stress free.

While they come highly recommended by several sites, if you are thinking of working with Airpets International, save yourself time, aggravation and money and call Alaska Airlines directly instead at: 1-800-225-2752 . Transporting a pet is complicated, but it does not need to take much time or upfront money. You will reach a real person at Alaska Airlines who will answer all of your questions, explain the process in detail and schedule your pet for transport in a few hours or less. Alaska Airlines require zero upfront payment of any sort until you get to the airport with your pet on flight day. You can even schedule the flight with zero, upfront payment. Before you call, you may want to save more time and be prepared by a visit their pet transportation page on their website at: . While you need to get your pet to the airport cargo on your own, the entire cost is significantly less than half of what Airpets International charges. By contrast I worked with Airpets International for more than a week, trying to get answers to basic, critical questions, without success. Every time I asked a question, I had to ask it again. They would ultimately respond, after a text and an email or two, but usually without an answer to my question. They could not even answer basic questions about their own business the firs time I asked, like what is the difference in cost between air and ground transportation. When I challenged them on their inferior communications, they made all sorts of excuses, which ultimately left me without the information I needed to make a decision, for more than a week. I gave them all of the information they requested and signed a travel agreement with them, but I was not willing to pay their non-refundable deposit of $475, until I was sure that they could meet my pet's needs. A manager got involved. She rationalized all of what had happened to that point and demanded I pay their non-refundable deposit before they would answer my questions. She rationalized it like this: "We aren't demanding the deposit. We are simply stating that if you would like us to assist with your move, you need to secure our services before we do work on it." It is a distinction without a difference. Since I refused to pay their deposit without answers to my questions, and the manager wrote, "[Y]ou seem to already have a bad taste in your mouth for our company. [Ya think?] In order for moves to work smoothly, there has to be trust and patience. We've answered your question to the best of our ability at this point and that doesn't seem to be the answer you are seeking. I don't believe at this point that Airpets will be a good match for you." I had already come to that conclusion on my own. If Airpets International had been this bad before they had my money, how much worse would it get afterwards? I wasn't chancing it. Prior to that experience, I was fully prepared to use Airpets International. Since that bad experience, I figured out how to do it myself. It's a detailed process, but doing it without Airpet Internatonal's "help" proved far less frustrating, time consuming and expensive than doing it with them. I had hoped to make the process easier by working with them, instead they made it significantly more difficult. I got all my questions answered, was told every step of the process in detail and booked a flight for my pup in a few hours or less, with zero money upfront with Alaska Airlines, as opposed to being dangled by Airpets International employees for more than a week and left with nothing. Do it yourself!!

I recently moved to Seoul, South Korea from Indiana in the US. It was enough stress moving myself across the world, let alone my 2 year old cat, Jasper. I worked with Dana and Dakota to get my baby to me safely. The services Airpets provides are quite costly, but they were well worth it to me. I did an airport to home delivery. They helped communicate with my vet to ensure all documents were received in the timeframe needed, arranged a meeting at the airport with my mom, worked with the airline and crew in Germany for his layover and checkup, provided photo updates throughout his journey, ensured customs in Seoul went smooth, and coordinated delivery to my doorstep.
