I had an unpleasant and confusing experience with teller Deborah on 1.13.2024. came to get several papers notarized and initially the conversation was your casual, but professional conversation. Towards the end of the interaction, she leaned forward and started ranting about the US government not building a wall to keep certain people out and how they just want free labor to "work the fields." She told me to make sure to go vote. ?Why she felt this was important to say to ME, I am not sure. I am not too fond of someone telling me, someone of African descent, that the government just wants free labor and for those crossing the border to "work the fields."I was really confused and kind of laughed it off, but I made me uncomfortable and not want to return to this location, and it's the closest location to my home. I went ahead and wrote this review because I wanted to document it. I did speak to who I believe was the branch manager by phone.Sidenote: I love the credit union. I am an ex-AAFCU employee. I worked at main (amon Carter) from 2007-2008 at age 20/21 and have had my account since then.I am not trying to get her fired, but I just want employees to be more mindful of the things they rant about to members about unprofessional things when we are just trying to conduct business and have enough on our plates, already

Susan Davidson is the only reason I am leaving this review. I applied for a personal loan to consolidate my debt at about 11am and she called me at 3pm to tell me I was approved, talked me through some better options than what I had planned, and had me all taken care of in 10 minutes. She was so sweet and explained the terms and benefits of my loan so well. Highly recommend.

This branch is fine, but their mobile app is abysmal enough for me to get on here and leave this rating. Has been horrible for the past year that I have been using it, with no improvements.

American Airline Federal Credit Union is a great bank for any type of business, American Airline Credit Union bank employees are very friendly. They are very patience and answer any of your questions related to them with a smile. I always choose them my first option as their rates are very reasonable and very good options.The American Airline Credit Union branch outside the airport help a lot for any time not being at the airport. In general a very good bank!!!!

I have proudly been an AAFCU member for 8 years now. During those 8 years I've had great experiences with all aspects of working with the credit union, but none have been greater than financing my new vehicle with Susan Davidson. No one wants to spend a lot of money on a vehicle, but when the time comes - the smartest decision you can make is to go see Susan. I will be back for all of my future needs because of the above and beyond attitude and excellent customer service she provided me.

Extremely nice people, patient, and willing to always work with you. Since they're a credit union, they're less about throwing constant promotions at you and more about actually giving you what you absolutely need.

The folks there are always nice and helpful. Helped me open my first checking account, got my first credit card from there, my parents have accounts there also and they’ve had auto loans, notarizing, etc. And close by, neighborhood feel.
