My AC went out last night. AI said it might be the capacitor, and the fix looked easy. So, I stopped by American Appliance this morning, and they had the part I needed and tested the old capacitor to make sure it wasn't working. I just put in the new capacitor and the AC is now working! They were very friendly and helpfu!

So after an extremely bad experience with a so called local parts shop.(817 area code but waited 10 minutes for a national supply house) I called American and was answered on the 3rd ring. Wow...part wasn't in stock but arrived the next day. Installed and dishwasher works.

Had a wonderful experience today fixing my capacitor on my outside unit. All the ladies are wonderful and helpful, they even tested my old part to make sure it was the issue. Tap pay accepted. 100/10 will tell everyone I know.
