This lady there was very rude to customers she’s this skinny girl with black hair I believe I heard her name was Cynthia or something like that. When checking me out she had me sign up for a credit card without me understanding what I was doing told me that it wasn’t a credit card three times before I was approved and saw that it was a credit card afterwards. I then asked to speak to the manager who said her name was Joanne, she did nothing to help the situation and told me that there was nothing I could do and when I asked for the customer service number or a district manager number she told me I could look it up online and refused to give me the number. I really enjoyed American eagle and shopped there for me and my kids and unfortunately after this interaction at this store I don’t feel comfortable coming again. I hope this is seen so they can make changes as this was terrible and ended up hurting my credit score and trust in the brand :/ one thing I can say positive was this short little red head girl cadence!! She helped me shop around and helped me throughout my entire time being there. Thank you that was the only good part about my visit that day

Went to America Eagal, in North East mall.
Extremely rude girl, her name isn’t on the receipt. She is worst when it comes to customer service. We had no idea where the line starts, she talk so rudely and sent us back of the line. When we politely said please put sign so we know she said “Don’t start with me”. Her attitude towards customers is awfully awfully bad and we asked for manager she claims she’s the manager. She wears glasses. Will tell our family/friends not to go there. She visibly Looked annoyed like why we were there. Zero sta, bad service.
She’s making America Eagle look bad.

Cadence was helpful processing my return. The only bad part (not on her) was all questionnaires and stuff that company/AE prompts using verifiphone or another card reader type—those are annoying to me.
But all is good. I am happy and glad, bought snoopy pjs all at once with 2 different sizes and just returned the snoopy cake batter pj that was Large.
Thank you very much Cadence and also (did not catch her name) the store manager/supervisor as well, who greeted & let me know about the sales within the store.

Everyone was super nice and I had such a great experience here. I get anxiety very easily when I go shopping but the manager helped me find everything I needed and was so kind!

the older looking woman was very unfriendly and also provided me and my friends a nasty look up and down while we were looking at the mirror, shout out the young hispanic guy though, he was very friendly and said hi to us when we walked in

Abigail Gomez was extremely helpful and kind. She helped my wife and daughter come out of there comfort zone and try new outfits on. As a father that's approaching teenage years with my 10 yr old daughter she been unwilling to try things other then jeans and tees but Abigail kept talking to HER and made her feel confident with skirts and she now has 5. I'm so thankful she was at work today. She was just the right sales person. Thank you to the entire sales team.

The young employees really don't make you feel welcome when you shop there. Don't need the silent judgement.. they don't know who I'm shopping for.

Horrible management. Went to return items. Manager would not refund my original form of payment instead insisted only store credit! Which online the refund policy states different. She also made my daughter and I feel like we were a bother!! Will never return to this location beyond worst customer service I ever experienced. I felt humiliated.

Great store! Employees were very polite, and store was clean and organized! In my opinion the best time to go is when they are having a sale because most items are pricey, however, they do offer reward points you're able to collect and use on your purchase!

No greetings, Mel seemed like she had an attitude. Didn’t make me feel comfortable at all especially the way she asked questions. The walls in the fiting rooms were covered in so much dust.
