Amazingly helpful staff! Helped me find products for my post chemo hair and were so kind about my needs. They listened to my story and found me products that are perfect! Love these ladies so much and can't say enough good things about them and this store.

This place is the worst. I went in minding my own business, shopping around when an older lady came up behind me and told me not to open the products when I wasn’t… like a child… maybe because the staff is older they think they can talk to people all crazy but I NEVER opened any product! It was uncalled for and she was extremely rude and unapologetic… I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star…

I went here for an event and it was a super cool place with an upbeat, easy vibe. The wings were spectacular, I would say the best around the Southlake/Grapevine area for sure! I wasn't able to snap any photos, and the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is they seemed to be understaffed and they need to work on some presentation issues when taking out the uneaten food. I will definitely go back for those wings, and then to try the pickle ball. It looks so fun!

I really like this store. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean and stocked. I like it that only professionals can purchase here. Since we are all pros, the staff doesn't need to answer a bunch of questions and actually have the time to do their jobs. (Unlike Sally's, which I like but prefer Armstrong especially when I'm in a hurry. )
