Best storage ever. The nicest people in the office. I cannot say enough good things about this business.Even when I moved all my stuff out of storage I chose to keep my unit, just because of how unique my experience has been for years here. They really care about customers.

I love this storage facility. they didn't have any outdoor units available so they gave me and indoor climate controlled unit for the outdoor price. they have only gone up in rent 10$ since I've been there and they openly notified me in more than one way. I have had hard times. they don't know this however they have been very good tome as a customer who has been late for several months in a row. once my friend was to pay the bill and totally forgot and I thought it was paid and it wasnt realized until the second month was due. I missed the notices but they were totally cool about me catching up. they are also very very reasonable with their late fees and the amount of time you have before they are enforced. and even cheaper by comparison by a landslide are their rental rates. I love the customer support and the ease of getting my issues resolved. the face of Arrow Storage for me is always the same. she's always there dependable and she is easy to deal with!!!!! anything I need to change or alter in any way I know I can call or email or leave a message after hours and am 100% confident it will be taken care of WITHOUT WORRY OR QUESTION. this is you're best choice when it comes to price, service and having your ever changing needs met with people who will be there to work with you with respect, diligence and your satisfaction in mind at all times. I really can't say enough about this place. they are PERFECT!!
