If I had the opportunity choose another insurance. Company upon closing my home , yet I would quickly. Being a disabled veteran they increase my policy and I had claim from storm damages they refuse fix my damages. If I was you I run find another insurance agency. Im mackie maynor, and this is a web name i use as I said before I wish I would found a different insurance company to cover my home. When a insurance company steadily receives money and never pay out on a claim I feel that's not fair to the insured person. I still give a one star rating.

This agency is the most disrespectful and arrogant. I have never been disrespected when calling a costumer service. No manager, no supervisors just rude people answer phone calls. Total circus.

I have had Atlas General Agency for my homeowners insurance since purchasing my home in 2016. We have had no issues at all with them. We had to file a claim last year for a water leak and Jessica Callan our claim rep was extremely helpful and available with any question or concern I had. I would recommend Atlas General Agency to anyone looking for homeowners coverage.
