The guy named Reid that works there told me he would not sell me a phone because he would make no “commission” and doesn’t work free… last time I checked you make salary and you work at AT&T store…where you sell phones for a living. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

Everyone was really nice. We appreciate the fact they explained what we didn't understand. Great people. Ali was really helpful as was Hannah, Draella, Darian, and Reed the manager. My husband and I went there because we had personal problems with our phones at another carrier. They all stepped up to the plate!! Actually my whole family has been with them for years. The associate Jennifer was AMAZING! She was kind courteous and professional. It didn't feel like your typical experience. This was my second time dealing with her and her customer service was so awesome that I decided to switch to AT&T from metro. She needs a promotion! She is an ELITE employee!

Long story...to make it short and sweet Daraella gave me the best customer service I have ever had she is amazing. She is what the AT&T brand should be..along with Hanna and Reid ..it made a extremely bad experience good again.. I was about to drop AT&T.. Daraella should be compensated for the customer service she provides. I have been a AT&T customer for many years..she is the best
