Had a great experience with Jeff getting my wife set up with phone replacement. Store is clean and well stocked. Jeff got everything transferred from old phone to new phone. Very happy.

Grant was extremely nice, helpful, and explained everything perfectly so we could understand the best internet plan for me and my fiance. Highly recommend this store, seems to have great management!

You can literally ship a phone to your house but if you say to pick it up at the store and aren’t the owner of the account you can do nothing. So ridiculous

I came in on Saturday to upgrade two phones on my plan Jeff H helped us greeted us very promptly was very knowledgeable he did an awesome job. I came back in on Sunday was greeted by Pablo to upgrade another phone and he did awesome as well you have some really great employees here. Thank you.

I felt horrible for the in-store rep! ...he tried so hard to do a simple phone transfer from another provider. It took several hours to complete the change-over to THEM [AT&T] as my CELL service... (and seemingly due to multiple AT&T related problems!) ...the actual human being we worked with was GREAT and highly knowlgible/ skilled! ...the application process was a NIGHTMARE!
