Oh my - Dr. Moore and the team are fantastic. She has provided efficient, thorough services for our two dogs. Great at explaining options and fees upfront which we certainly appreciate. Banfield has the best vet in Dr. Moore & the best technicians ever. They have helped us through wonderful, difficult and sad times over the years. I love Banfield hurst. I hope the current staff never changes.

Fortunately, after I made an online appointment for the next day I received a call to confirm. They informed me that I would need to bring her in at her scheduled time and leave her for HOURS with their kennel. My dog is a RESCUE, there is no call to drag her through hours locked in a shelter like situation just because they cannot honor a patient schedule. Their incompetence should not be my dogs trauma trigger. No thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST vet I have ever been to. They never actually treat what is wrong all they ever do is give over priced antibiotics that’s DONT EVEN HELP. The staff is SO RUDE. They don’t actually care about your pets they are just money hungry! I will never bring my baby here again. You should not either.

DO NOT take your pet here. I’ve been going here for 3 years and they have taken a turn for the worse. My dog has severe epilepsy & they refuse to refill a life saving medication because he hasn’t been seen in 5 months out of no where? I take him yearly for his medication level checks and in the middle of the year they just stop with no explanation or communication. They will not let me speak to a vet and claim my dog is having increased seizures? Because they’re at home and would know that? He’s actually been great on his medications and needs a refill for when a breakthrough seizure happens. They all the sudden refuse to refill the medication, after I’ve been trying to refill it for MONTHS before I run out. I’m now out and my dog is left to have 3-4 hours seizures with no medication because they make false claims out of the air and communicate nothing to me.. Terrible. You think they would care about an animal they’ve been seeing for 3 years. Will not be returning.

My wife and I went there this morning to get our puppy his final shot, and right off the bat, the doctor was incredibly rude. Not only did she attempt to overcharge us on our quoted price but also kept trying to sell us unnecessary items. When we informed her that we would not pay the increased price and requested to speak with the manager, she told us to take our puppy elsewhere. Needless to say, that's precisely what we did. I hope everyone else has better luck than we did.
