Most who give BOA a bad review have obviously never had a bank account anywhere else before. While I've been a BOA customer for more than 30 years (even back when they were called NatWest,) I have also simultaneously have had accounts with Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. So for the record, BOA for me has always been the Greatest bank of all time in my lifetime whether I compare BOA to all the other banks or not. From The genuinely warm and friendly smiles I receive when I walk-in through the doors right down to even the quality of the receipt which to the touch appears to be a higher quality type of paper when compared to the receipt paper from the other banks which use to make me feel as if I had just checked out of a convenience store. Another thing I ? Love about BOA besides the people person skills of the tellers that make me feel right at home is that they don't have a team of pushy and obnoxious employees that constantly badger me to try to upsell me extra services I don't need. BOA doesn't do that nor do they need my business, they welcome it and value it with smiles, integrity, and with the highest standard of professionalism and excellence that I would challenge anyone to find anywhere else outside of BOA simply because you can't, you won't, and you never will. BOA is simply the Best and on that note I propose A toast to BOA on Labor Day! Here's to the Greatest Bank there ever was, is, and will ever be, past, present, and future... God Bless America & God Bless Bank Of America. ? Love You Guys!???

My teenage Son's Checking & Savings got hacked and overdrawn. After reporting it to fraud they weren't able to help us whatsoever claiming that everything was done through my son's phone (THAT WAS CLONED/HACKED). I finally was able to get a Saturday appointment at this location to close the account since it's the only time that my son has available due to extracurricular activities. Nemeen, who was "helping" us, was unable to help close the account because it was frozen. She then called to unfreeze it but the department was closed. During this whole process she was so condescending and rude. She suggested that I call on Monday to unfreeze it but unless I'm actually in the bank I don't feel comfortable doing that because the hackers clearly still have access to it. She also suggested that we transfer the money to pay off the fraud from our account to which I replied "no." I no longer feel comfortable doing anything online with that account and she is asking me to basically give more money to the scammers? There was a reason why I wanted to give the money in person and immediately close the account.Bank of America has been so UNHELPFUL throughout this whole process. Not only were we taken advantage of by the hackers now we can't even close a simple account to get rid of this bank.

Got an email asking to fill out a survey about my experience, which was bad. And then the manager has the audacity to call me and confront me about it? GTFOH I'll be banking elsewhere in the future.

I was at this location when this so called customer was asked to leave. His version was not at all what happened. Juan was patient, kind and very professional. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone wanting great service and care ! I have been using this very Branch for many many years. And have had nothing but the best service....

Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever seen.As a customer of over 36 years, they wouldn't allow me to draw out the money I needed to pay some bills.All because my license was expired.I had all the rest of the information.A manager that was worth their salt would have went out of their way to help.And then ask for a review to rate their experience...From the looks of it... this branch could use all the help they can get on reviews.36 years folks....I will be closing my account, and go to another bank.

This is definitely the worst bank to ever go to. They don't ever open the drive through they are always understaffed. They don't care about helping the one teller that is working during peak times. If you come be ready to spend 30 minutes waiting. Do your self a favor go some where else.

This Bank of America threw me out when I started demanding them to give me MY MONEY. the bank manager Juan put his hands on me and tried to make me leave. I kept saying I am a customer here and let them know that I had a right to be here. North Richland Hills (weird since it was hurst) police showed up and made me leave a even though I did not have my money (over $100k). Left without my money. Facist bastards! The manager said "the community does not want you here".

Wow, they have really stepped their game up at this branch! Quite impressed from my visit today, from Juan the manager, to (I believe it was Brida) the senior teller, and two other's who I didn't catch their name. Great job! Thank you!

I usually go to the central drive branch but I got there at close and headed here. Refused to cash our check written by Bank of America. I’ll stick to central branch I did not like how we were treated here at all
