Something is wrong here. I had a few good visits when the right people were on duty. During my last visit, the bartistas I likes were gone and they were replaced by a creepy male teenager who didn't seem to want to serve me. Another creepy teenage girl was manning the main cash register. The store was almost entirely empty. Perhaps this is all an indication that the store is having financial troubles, if the place is a ghost town and they can't or won't hold on to any staff that are worth employing.

Quiet, laid out well to accommodate the new normal and a good selection of books and related items. I probably do not go there as often as I should but when I go it's always pleasant and end up losing an hour or two browsing around. Update 2024: years later I still feel the same way. Love this place.

10 people in line (5 sets of couples) and only one cashier working. There are plenty of staff working in the store today, and someone could come help out, but I suppose everyone who works here is near-sighted?

Classic Barnes and Noble with all the amenities. Came to find a children’s book, Interrupting Chicken, but was unable to locate on our own due to the book organization disruptions expectedly caused by the kids and/or adults not understanding or caring to re-shelve books for the next customer or browser. But with assistance from a friendly employee, we were able to find the 3 copies they had. Yes, there is a Starbucks and they also have an extensive toy and Lego section for a bookstore

I don’t really do reviews but I had an employee interaction so positive I had to leave a good review. I believe the employee’s name was Serena and their positive energy brought a lot of joy to my day! Also fantastic Criterion blu-ray selection if you’re into that. Not nearly as many normal blu rays but the ones that are there can be found on pretty good discounts.

Happy New Years Eve! Despite all the coverage of doom and gloom, chocolate still exists in the form of a hot, creamy mocha at Barnes & Nobles. Good morning. And how did you start the very last morning on planet Earth, in the year two thousand twenty-three? Next year, I will celebrate 60 years of this planet twirling. So, this day is a passage for me. Decided to keep breakfast simple, but with beautiful flavors. I love the calm, unrushed pace of Barnes & Nobles' bookstore. I love to consume books, so why not consume a crusty croissant sammie, with sausage, a fried egg, and coffee as well? I have yet to go to a stand-alone Starbucks. I only go to Starbucks at B&N. I guess I just don't want to become an addict willing to wait in a car line when that is just more traffic. Here, you get face-to-face, human interaction. No exhaust fumes. Seems as if the world is revolving just a tad slower, without gravity shooting us into outer space. Just the right pace, just the right place to have a moment to enjoy just being alive. Could you use a moment like this? Sure you could. Here's to all of us finding our center. Turn off the news. Find your mini-zen place as I have. Tune out the horrors of the world, and tune in that beauty hasn't disappeared. You're beautiful, so it must be true. Take care of yourselves, your loved ones, and strangers you have yet to make loved ones. In Pam from the Martin Lawrence Show's voice- "Peeeeeaaaaccceee!"

This is a great bookstore that has the classic books, newer books, games, stationary, CDs, DVDs, records, & a coffee ?
