Areeb is by far one the most if not exceptional salesman i’ve ever came across, i couldn’t decide between 2 of those natural diamond earrings and fear not areeb came through and gave me one of the best deals so i could claim both of them. what a great guy !

Will not go back or purchase anything from this establishment due to being lied too. We ask for natural diamond verse Lab diamond.Sales person deceive me and my fiance purchasing lab diamond. After took for appraisal we were told ring was lab diamond. When attempt to take back we were told we could only exchange for something else. But was told we had 60 days to return before transaction. Be careful purchasing any jewelry from them.

Areeb Ahmad was wonderful! We shopped around several jewelry stores in the mall. We had something very specific in mind. Not only did Benchmark have the absolute best prices, but they had exactly what we wanted. Areeb was friendly without being overbearing and got us a great deal!

We went into Benchmark hoping this was a legit Jewelry in purchasing Bridal set. We request natural diamond and not Lab diamond. We were also told we had 60 days or 90 days to return ring if not happy with you. However we took the ring for appraisal. We were told the ring were Lab diamond. We were totally surprised and upset being lied too. When attempt to return we were told we could only get credit no refund. Do not trust this establishment.

I had a great experience with Areeb and Michelle. I originally came in to find something for myself but wound up getting a great deal on 2 pieces of Jewelry for my lady. I’m visiting Texas, coming from Pennsylvania and both Michelle and Areeb were very helpful. Made me feel right at home. Best service and experience ever.
