Excellent help in buying an E-Bike. Jarod showed my husband and I all kinds of styles. And within a half hour we had an awesome E Bike, helmet, water bottle, holder and lights packed in my Tesla! So now I am free as a bird to go on the Trinity Trail and enjoy all the nature and have the wind blow through my hair. Thank you for trying many different ways to place it in my car. Life has just gotten better. Purchased it at 3:00 and maiden voyage at 7:30. It is Everything that Jarod said it would be. Makes cycling fun! Thank you so very much. Tiara

Quotes one week to service our bike, despite the 24 hr polocy. Not given a lpaner per the 24 hr policy. Then when we went back one week later, they said they couldnt work on the bikes because of a manufacturing defect.
Very misinformative, and our bikes were returned to us IN WORSE SHAPE then when we took them for service. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

AVOID THIS LOCATION, Worst customer service, HE TOOK CARE OF CUSTOMERS OF HIS OWN SKIN TONE, im standing there waiting, the white/caucasian guy with black beard, doesn't greet or acknowledge, just cause you are not his skin tone he doesn't care to show respect to you that u exist there...WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, SEE IT FOR YOURSELF. The guy with red beard and glasses was the only nicest one to acknowledge and help.

Great (and interesting) experience overall. I ordered a bike stand after hours on their website. It was the best price I could find anywhere online or brick and mortar (beat everyone else by close to 50%). Charlie called right when they opened the following day to let me know the item was prepped and ready to be picked up. I was greeted right when I arrived and was in and out with no issues until.... I opened my door to load the stand and the wind caught my door and sent it into the car parked next to me. There was a small scuff on the other car door and I felt horrible so I went in to see if I could find the owner to give my info. Turned out, It was actually Charlie's car. He was really cool about the whole thing and told me not to worry about it. I'm hoping it buffed out - wish I had my buffer there to try myself. I still feel bad about it, but what a cool thing for Charlie to do. I'll be back to this location even though it was kind of a haul to get to from Flower Mound.
