I put in a store pickup online a month ago and still no word from store. I contacted customer support and was told item has been shipped and arrived at store yet still no word. Bad customer service.

Favorite store in this mall! They are always so helpful and apply now pressure towards purchases. After all they don’t need to, the merchandise sells itself. If you are into pop culture, anime, or anything nerdy/cool then this is your store!

Just came shopping with my daughter for her birthday. Nash was very knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We need more sales people like Nash that engage the customers and know their products. Great experience!!
