The workers here are wonderful and this review is not reflecting them at all. However, the products are now made cheap just like everything else. But the price is higher with cheaper made products. I have been wearing buckle jeans since my early teens. I have had weight fluctuations my whole life so sometimes I'm a little heavier sometimes I'm thin. That's why I buy buckle, the denim material they USED to use would last forever. While Target, Walmart (other brands) my thighs would wear a hole overtime. I bought multiple pairs of jeans 12/23/24, and 12/30/24. Spent alot of money. One of my favorite pairs has a hole in the thigh area and one of the belt loops broke. This never happens, which is why I threw away my receipt because, I fully trusted buckle products. I'm very disappointed because I wasted money for no reason, I should have bought my jeans from Target or Walmart. Smaller price tag for the same quality. Sorry Buckle but you have lost a lifetime customer.

I went to the Buckle to try to find some jeans and was helped by the best associate Tatiyana. She was absolutely amazing and helped me so much. She had great style and fit advice!

Xavier missed the mark today Tatiana was somewhat OK. Xavier is excessive and intrusive when women are trying on clothes. He knocks on the door at least five times interrupting you and not letting you focus on whether or not you like what you’re trying on. Could you please keep this man in the cowboy hat away from the dressing room when a woman is trying on clothing ????? It is very disappointing and I feel like my privacy was invaded. It did not feel like a safe and inclusive environment at all.
I’ve been looking at some clothes on your website for a while and finally had a day off from work to come in and try on the clothes I’ve been looking at online …..clearly the cowboy hat guy prefers sales to happen online and not in the retail store by the way he constantly knocks on the door, interrupting people. He was being very intrusive.
I can count five times between Xavier and Tatiana were they kept asking me how I was doing.
Also, you really charge so much for your clothes that it’s absurd that you don’t even offer a bathroom to your customers so they can stay there and shop longer.
I mean how in the world is a customer supposed to say… “stop knocking on the dressing room door” to the retail people that work there. How am I supposed to say that without them getting offended and then I don’t get to complete a purchase?

They are the most helpful store of ANY retail store you will visit. They know brands, they can tell you how they'll fit BEFORE you try them on, they will make suggestions. Xavier was so incredibly knowledgeable about brands that I wanted to tip him in the end. With my husband's tall frame and wanting a tighter fit, he really steered us in the right direction. We ended up buying three pairs. Great store, great employees, and Xavier rocked it all!!!

these jeans are expensive as hell... i only got one pair because it was my brother's birthday. the staff was very helpful in finding him a pair that fit.

Went to this store like, about 6 weeks ago. Worker was nice until I said I didn’t want those jeans that day. Come back last week to check the same jeans again that I had pictures of. Two young workers were clearly laughing while watching me and my young daughters, one of them said after I asked if they had size 31 they had none without checking. IF I AM IN THE STORE I CAN PAY FOR IT. I dress as I want. The fact that I wear comfortable clothing and shoes doesn’t mean I can’t afford. The opposite!! Young lady literally said “thank you for coming” and went to some fancy dressed customer. I’ll definitely buy the jeans from this brand, but not this store. Disgusted!!!!!! Don’t judge people by their appearance! Even if a homeless person.

After spending hours looking for the perfect pair of jeans for graduation pictures. Buckle was our last stop and just as we were losing hope Xavier stepped in to assist and knew exactly what we were looking for. Brought us the perfect pair of jeans and a boot to try on to see how it would look. My sister and I left very content and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Xavier for all your help!! You are very much appreciated!!!!

My favorite "mall" store to shop at for jeans and button up shirts. Also love their shoe selection. Staff always introduces themselves and is there if you need help.
