One of The managers treats people real bad. She thinks she is way above her customers. I will never go back because this manager never once let's helping anyone cross her mind. Horrible for the company she works for. She refused to tell me her name. Accused me of being a thief. Anyone know I'm not that even a Lil. But if she really thought that she would have called cops. But she just wanted me out. I wasn't good enough to shop there. !DONT GO! IVE NEVER BEEN MORE INSULTED

We walked in the Northeast Mall Burlington around 6:00 pm and left at 7:21 pm. Five of those minutes were grabbing what we came in for. We were late for an 8:00 appointment all because there were only two registers open and a third with the cashier and loss prevention guy gossiping. This seems to be the norm for this store by the ratings so if you have something planned two hours before you walk in, I suggest just going to another store.

I had to stand in line for over 20 minutes. AND there was only 3 people in front of me. All because they couldn't call another person to help for just 5 minutes. AND there was another worker just standing there... oblivious!

I give it 5 stars so far I have always been going to that same place for months now. The staff has a lady who is not very pleasant and is not helpful with her bad face and does not solve the problems that arise.

On June First I was at Burlington Hurst Tx after 8pm to pay for my items and the Cashier was wearing a shirt with a large logo of Chucky (the horror movie) as a uniform. Not professional to me.

This location smells horrific. The store smells stale, old, and mildew-like… it hits you like a ton of bricks when you enter the door. You also leave smelling this way, and we only went in to make a return! I can’t believe they allow their employees to work in this kind of environment.
