The store manager was AMAZING, she was extremely helpful, very polite and informative of the services, she completed my transfer process with no hassle, I have recommended her store to other friends as well because great environment, great staff overall, they were all super friendly and informative. GREAT job guys!

Not only is Cricket Customer Care a joke, but so are the employees that work at this location. I’ve been a customer for over 13 years with 2 lines. I had my wife go in this location to add another line. Huge mistake. I wanted a number for my business, they auto generated a number I didn’t like and was told. “You can’t pick a number, it’s auto generated “
So I called customer service after I left and the guy on the phone turned off my number I just got and told me to get another one. Really? I just paid for that line I didn’t even use. The Manager said. No refunds. I told her I just got off the phone with a Cricket customer care and they said to come here and get a refund. She again said “no returns” even though YOU guys turned off my line that I didn’t use at all!! I lost $58 because you crooked, I mean, Cricket people!
I left and went to T-Mobile! I now have 5 lines at T-Mobile and they treat me like gold!
You should be ashamed of yourself to let a great paying customer for years just leave because of your company and of your companies so called “employees “
I wouldn’t even want them making me a cheeseburger from McDonald’s.
Congratulations on losing a customer that has been with you for many, many years.
Cricket should be called crooked.
T-Mobile gave me every, and any option I wanted. I picked my own number too.
Stay away from this place at all costs.

Went in to inquire about upgrading a Cricket phone. Big mistake. So the sales guy tells me that they sell no phone under $100, yet we were looking at a phone that said $69 original price (on the display table). I ask him who the manufacturer of that phone is, such as Samsung, LG, etc. He says that Cricket has their own phones, like AT&T is also doing, he adds. I look down at the phone description label on the table that clearly shows TCL as the manufacturer for the phone we're referring to. He said some other things that were equally confusing. I left the store feeling like another service or maybe a different Cricket store would provide better service. Won't go back there.

According to the hours on the door, they are supposed to be open until 7pm. We showed up at 6:54 (terrible timing, but it was the soonest we could get there and we knew exactly what we wanted) and the door was locked and employees gone, however the open sign was still on.
