First time in - last time in. I wanted to have a full set of acrylics taken off and no replacements. Instead of sanding and soaking- they cut and popped them off with a nail tip. I left with my nails feeling weak and damaged. I thought this practice was outdated and the nail tech and I did talk about the technique but we were half done at that point and she said my hands and cuticles were too dry to soak. I get it but I would have liked the option to choose. My mistake---I won't let my nails be ripped off like that again.
Side note- I did see several people leaving with cute nails. So that is a plus.

I have been to a lot of nail places in the area. Crystals nail bar is by far the best! If I don’t have an appointment the wait is never long. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the owner is so nice.
Requested style: I normally get dip almond shape with French tips.

Very nice location, but as soon as you walk in their pushing you to fill out a paper as to what you want, everything is an additional cost . I showed a picture and was told they can’t do that ! Long story short spent 70 on short (when I wanted medium length) pink acrylic nails with one gem on each which popped off after two days smh and about 28 on gel for my toes alone not even a pedicure.

I love this place, have been going there for years. The pricing is transparent so there are no surprises which seems to be a regular occurrence at other nail shops. The pedicures are amazing and you get a complimentary cocktail or non alcoholic beverage.
