People of pharmacy look like they're not happy to work. Not a smile, ruogh service, they treatthe customer like is a hazard for them. Horrible enviroment. I will go to Walgreens next time. I hopebyou replace them all. Bad service. Bad bad

This CVS location has lost my business for life. I was at the pharmacy today waiting in line for a considerable amount of time. When I realized that the pharmacy personnel were prioritizing Spanish speaking customers over everyone else! They would move them up to counter ahead of everyone else in line and act as if we didn't exist.That kind of behavior is unacceptable and I won't be back

I occasionally run into the issue of my prescriptions not being ready when the system notifies me, but other than that I've been coming here for years now with no significant issues. I've not had many interactions with employees outside of the pharmacy, but they've helped me find what I'm looking for or answered questions about coupons when I've asked.

I honestly don't know how CVS is even still in business. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. The workers are rude, the system CVS uses is very old and flawed. I feel like the pharmacy workers are just overworked and under paid. So they are just rude.. it's so sad that in 2023 companies are not paying their staff a honest wage so they are happy to help customers and not be so rude.. I even had a lady ask me "you take that many pills in a month"? I mean so rude!! I think CVS should just go out of business!! Or let another company buy them so they can get some help

The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and dismissive and refused to help me with my Covid vaccine.I was insulted and I’m disgusted with the entire pharmacy staff but especially the pharmacy manager who looked at me with such hatred that I can’t understand how she got a job working with the public in the first place.I’ll never do business with CVS again!

There is no zero stars option hence the one star. Nothing will change even with reviews and comments but if there are other better cvs out there it’s wise to choose another one.Extremely rude customer service . The lady at pharmacy was nice to the person in front of us. He had to swipe his card several times but the pharmacy tech was giggling and being nice about it.As soon as our turn came , her demeanor changed, she was extremely rude, asked my name and last name several times and wrote down the date of birth and walked to another computer angrily. We did not understand this attitude and behavior. Please train your technicians the basics of customer service. At least if they know how to be nice to one customer they can do the same for others.

Walking up to this pharmacy a man is yelling at everyone throwing his hands and being passive aggressive. Keeps trying to reach around and press buttons for me while getting my mediation, a blond woman comes up after they are all arguing with each other and repeats all I was told by the first guy and when I said we went over it she rolled her eyes and stormed off. I feel like it’s 12 year old junior high vibes in here. I’m honestly disgusted with this and will just get a new pharmacy. This was 9/7 at 6pm. That staff is actually a joke and could be on SNL as a bad customer service skit.

I don’t know who the manager at this place is, but they must hold no accountability. I don’t know if being passive aggressive is required to work here but the staff of the pharmacy have it down. The whole staff is arguing and being rude to not only each other but the customers. I’m actually amazed how horrible it is. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL MANAGEMENT CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES AND HIRE ACTUAL ADULTS

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! The absolute WORST customer service! When I called to ask about my prescription the guy on the phone was so unbelievably RUDE. I've moved my prescriptions to a different CVS.

I have never gone out of my way to leave reviews like this because it has never been necessary. Here, it is necessary. Please do not come here if you have another option. Look at all of the google reviews for the pharmacy. They will yell at you upon arrival, aggressively gesture at you, and throw things across the counter at you... When I arrived a man was yelling at customers in front of me and looks at me and starts aggressively pointing to the next register even though he is helping someone and starts rolling his eyes at me. He then has to ask me each question at least 10 times and yells my personal information at me over everyone. A blonde woman comes up to again repeat the things I was told 10 times and I said "We already went over it" and she throws her arms, rolls her eyes, and YELLS "someone else help HER." All of this is happening while the employees are arguing with each other When I check out the man "helping" me starts reaching around and doing all of the check out on my confirmation for me and when I told him I need to look it over and can do it, he threw the bag at me. I hope this was a social experiment and not how adults are actually acting at work... in a pharmacy..

Worst CVS Pharmacy ever! My husband needed his script refilled and after getting the doctor authorization called to find out why it was not being filled. The pharmacist said she would not fill his heart medication script because he was asking in a direct manor as it had been 3 days of waiting. After speaking to her some more she said it would be ready in an hour and hung up on him. 3 more days later he received a text saying his meds were ready. Then after going to the doctor for a different reason he had a different script called in and after waiting 2 days and calling he was told they were out of stock and he would have to wait. He asked to have it transferred to another CVS down the street and she said she couldn't do that without calling them and couldn't do that for a few hours. We called the other CVS and they had it ready in 45 minutes.

I just visited this cvs location on June 30 at 7 pm. I went in to simply add money to my Paypal account. I assume the cashier was new and inexperienced so his manager came to help him. The manager or employee that helped is named Steve. He told the worker to ask for the money before doing a anything on the computer. He commented on why me and my cousin are wearing masks and said they don't do anything. After all this process, we went to look around so I can make sure they added the funds. Then Steve comes to the isle we're in and asks if we needed help finding anything as if he thought we were going to steal something. This has to be one of the most racist experiences I've had.

Pharmacy is very unorganized! On multiple occasions they did not refill meds when they were on auto refill and the time they say it will be ready is hardly ever ready….even when given 3+ hours to fill. Staff is rude and disrespectful when you have questions. Save yourself the headache and fill your meds at the CVS across the street in the Target!
