I love to get my favorite blizzard from here and every time I go in person it is made correctly and just the way I like it. The only downside is he actually have to go here because if you get it delivered, the ice cream are made kind of skimpy or not as great.. but overall love, this Dairy

Went through drive through everything was cold my burger and taco salad was. They even forgot to give me my straw and lid and my blizzard was melted. The customer service was really bad. Then they gave me another cold taco salad.I could have made a better taco salad at home

If the workers had any less enthusiasm, they would be asleep. $20 an hour?? If this bunch is making $8, they are overpaid. Comes across as lazy.

There was no one here at 6:53pm on a Friday. Red flag but whatever. Not my 1st fast food rodeo. Yeehaw!! Walked in to be greeted by a guy with toilet paper shoved up his bloody nose. Ok, red flag! Should have left. Ordered food against my best judgement. Bloody nose guy touching all over the rim of the cups. Again, deep breaths. Don't make it weird. He brings us our drinks. The fountain was broken and the floor in half the restaurant was soaked. Things happen...again...OK.WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR FOOD!! I knew they were slow from other reviews. Maybe the food is fresh though.Went to the counter to ask about the food. They seemed confused. Bloody nose guy grabbed the manager. She was nice. They couldn't find the order when looking it up. I gave the number...27. No go. I went to the table to get my receipt and asked for a refund. The manager fave me a refund while some girl stood my the register picking a zit on her cheek.The manager asked the cook guy what the hold up was with the burger. The steak fingers had been up there waiting for awhile. Cook guy said he forgot (not even kidding here). She asked how long the steak fingers were up there. He didn't answer and asked if she wanted new ones. They were damn near instant available and so was the burger!!I get to the table and unwrap my burger. It has cheese on it. I ordered no cheese cus I'm lactose intolerant. Not a heavy lift here. It's not like I'm gluten free at a fast food joint.I could tell the burger was cold too. The cheese wasn't even melted a bit.We got up to leave without eating. I saw the manager and mentioned the order was wrong after all that. She wanted to correct it but really....who can trust ANYTHING coming out of that kitchen at this point.Avoid this joint! Seriously!

Definitely one of the slowest Dairy Queens I've ever been to. Had to pull up and wait over 10 minutes for a simple chili dog. Fries were cold and old.
