The front of the store features a picture of a person fly fishing. This is hugely misleading because this store sells no supplies for angling. Zero fishing resources... No tackle, no gear. Closest thing they have is camping and kayaking equipment.

OMG this store is just amazing and I'd really like to say how great Jalen is he really made our day. I needed to get shoes for my special needs son and I live on a limited income and he made sure we walked out with the shoes he needed at a price I could afford thank you so much and thanks to Colton too for all your help I so appreciate you ❤️

I believe it’s outrageous to accept returns used shoes then sell them to customers at full price. You have better luck finding shoes in better conditions in a second hand store.

I've shopped here many times but yesterday I called about a Stanley my daughter received as a gift in Dec. The bottom part of the handle had been loose and it came off the cup itself; told them that I did not have a receipt. The manager on duty said that I could only do an exchange if they had the same color, which they had just received the night before. I was able to walk out with a brand new Stanley. This by far has been the best customer service at this location. Kudos to Yaya working at the checkout counter and Nick the manager on duty!

This is a nicely arranged store with a lot of choices and variety of merchandise. It's difficult to get waited on due to minimal staff. Once you get service, the man is quick with your selection.

I went here to look for basketball accessories for my 8-year-old daughter and my daughter was testing the ball to buy one and a worker around the age of 50 scolded her saying she shouldn't touch the balland she put it back I didn't realize until I my daughter came back to crying, Very disappointed at this store, this happened on November 27, 4 pm I will not return to this store

Terrible customer service. Asked if they carried Hoka shoes and was told that location did not. Found some ASICS shoes, and asked if they had size 6.5 or 7. One guy looked at his phone and said yes to 6.5. Other guy pointed in a direction and said they’re on the floor. He came back with no shoes! I said so you’re saying they’re on the floor and you couldn’t find them. Needless to say I won’t be back!

I tried to shop around on their official web site. I was unable to do so because they disallowed my contact. When I briefly disabled my VPN just to test that kind of restriction, they then allowed me to shop their web site. I shouldn't be required to disable my phone's security just to shop. Turns out that they are mainly a clothing store.
