The staff is amazing and sweet. Alexa did my wax and she was AMAZING! She checked in every few minutes to make sure I was doing okay. She also spent a solid ten minutes tweezing hairs that were too short for the wax. Very detail oriented and very kind. I was super comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she really cares about the client and doing a great job. 10/10 recommend.

Alexa was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. The entire staff in general was amazing. But Alexa was amazing, was educating me of the after care and making sure everything was comfortable and I just couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was wonderful, can’t wait for my next appointment.

Booked a Brazilian and an under arm wax, Katya provided top tier services! I was welcomed with a warm greeting, her room was immaculately clean and ready. She made sure I was comfortable and as she provided the services we shared so many laughs about life! I can't wait to go back!

Arianna was AMAZING! I had a pretty big service done and she was not only kind, but didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Star and Layla in the front desk are very friendly. Surprised me at the end of the wax with a discount of 50% for it being my first time. Which made me smile. Alexa the wax specialist did a great job , she is very personable , engaged in good conversation and made the wax experience less anxious. I would definitely recommend her if you are coming to get a wax.

It was the second time I was getting a Brazilian and Alexa was professional, courteous, thorough, and sweet once again! No irritation or discomfort once again! The slight pain was NOTHING like the first time and it truly did last the 3-4 weeks! I added eyebrow and lip waxing this time and it was the best ever - no burning or pain at all!
